Yeah he's Germany's manager now.  I wonder how hard it would be for some big clubs to poach him away from international football?  If either Chelsea manager or Liverpool manager starts flopping, he could be a good option.  And with him being German, pretty sure both clubs have had good experiences from their prior German managers...  Esp Liverpool.

Manchester United have paid £71 million to buy Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford. Personally, they have overpaid and Brentford knew Manchester United wanted him therefore held out for as money as they could. They also paid Wolves £62.5 million for Matheus Cunha. Now Mbeumo and Cunha will be sharing the strikers position with Hojlund.

The signing shows intent on part of Amorim to bring in the players he wants to build the team around (including buying 18 year old left back Diego Leon and 18 year old striker Enzo Kana-Biyik).

In a ridiculous market like this one, where Ekitike cost €92m, I believe Mbeumo, who is a better player, and has Premier League experience, is worth that price.  If he had been somewhere else than the Premier League, the fee would have been higher.

When Tottenham beat Manchester United (to win the Europa League), it gave Garnacho an opportunity to vent his frustration.

Even though he has not been sold yet, he alongside several other players have been given time away from the squad in order to find a club and facilitate their transfers. Rashford has signed on loan at Barcelona and they have an option to buy him. Hopefully he will make a good impression there.

On that basis they will return to the club but how many would make the squad and how many would be training away from the squad?

It's difficult to sign players from Manchester united because their wages are high and their sell value are also high - they keep making the same mistakes over and over again and keep struggling to get players off the book.  Antony is above 200k/week which is underseving- player of his caliber shouldn't be earning more than 150k/week.

Felix seems to be on the verge a £44 million sale to Al Nassr. it would mean Felix teaming up with Cristiano Ronaldo. Considering Chelsea paid £38 million to buy Felix but he never managed to fit in, they will be happy to sell him for £44 million.

Diaz is a good player, he has a lot of potential. When looking at the overinflated prices for players, Bayern Munich did well to negotiate a deal to pay £65 million to buy a player with Premier League experience.

But this isn't just Bundesliga, this is Bayern. The difference is like Ligue 1 and PSG. In the Premier League the title is not guaranteed, but in the Bundesliga the opposite is true, the chances of winning the Champions League are equal. If a player wants a guaranteed place in the starting lineup and stability, then Bayern is a good choice.

If Barcelona wanted Diaz they did not have the money (nor it seems the will) to buy him. They wanted Rashford and made an effort to get him.

Hmmm... Won LaLiga? So what does it change? How does this eliminate financial risks like constant pressure to cut salaries (ask De Jong and other even club legends) or the risks of not being registered and not playing (ask Olmo or Niko who decided to stay in Bilbao lol!)? Barcelona is a murky story, if you are a player with other options, it would be better not to get involved with this club.

Guaranteed game minutes could be the reason he moved; his game time has been dropping since Slot took over, his APPs were not very good last season, and he was frequently pushed to false 9 to put him in the lineup.  How did I not think of this.

Coman and Sane are leaving this season and that's two empty space upfront for Diaz. Could be a good move after all.
