which honestly gives me more trust in bitcoin and how secure the blockchain is. good or bad, what happens onchain stays onchain.

Not that sure about heavy and battery consuming because if we do speak about on this manner then there would be tons of factors that affecting out on battery consumption and just like Zwei said above that you are making use of your mobile phone. They can't justify the roll-back in any other way than that they did it to save themselves and the Ethereum Foundation from financial loss. The network worked as it should and processed transactions according to the rules. There was no error on a protocol level that required fixing. It was a badly-configured software and smart contract. This issue lies on the developers of said smart contract.

Amazing and also its impressive to see someone hitting huge luck from Betfury.

I guess casinos monitor their players easily because they are the owner. Players can ask this but the casino will not answer too details because that would be part of their business.
