Allow me to post one more message about my issue. After around 3 weeks, I haven't got any details yet on which terms or conditions I breached which led to the exclusion of all sport promotions. The live chat is not responding anymore and the Duelbits representative on this forum hasn't come online also anymore. Duelbits is still a good casino, but honestly, I am a bit disappointed in their costumer service. I still need to go in livechat to ask if I can create a second account to participate in the promotions again (and closing my first account) but given this experience with the support, I am not super hopefull...

What’s the last detailed response of the live support on your case? What’s specific promotion do you participate before you receive punishment to your Duelbits account. It’s odd that live support ignores someone because they are active whenever I have concern with them. Do use free VPN when you are playing sportsbook because it might get you in trouble about multiple account abuse even if you are just using single account. Don’t open secondary account just to participate again on sports promotion because it’s a violation of there ToS. Ask help for Hhampuz to relay your case to Duelbits reps.

Betting around $257k in just three months is a fantastic amount one can make and I don't think many gamblers spend that huge amount of money.
