It's natural that these CS people don't promise the time they need to work on your case because the team handling it hasn't given an ETA for this. This is a bit confusing actually, but it seems they haven't found anything definite about your gambling violation activities, or maybe your case is in the queue, we don't know about that.
Hopefully your case will be resolved quickly and there will be no prolonged problems and you can get your rights. However, on average, work like this sometimes takes a long time, please have a lot of patience.


I have read couple of people advised Him to take a seat and wait for a while ,
as the team is still responding (though you are correct it is confusing) but as long as there are responding from CS
I believe that they are handling his case and there are soon update from what he is asking.
it is sad that sometimes it took month before finalization of the result about KYC verification and account checking ,

I definitely made more than even x3 wager
well , there might be something in your activities or account that the triggered the system , but if your account is safe and does nothing wrong then give sometime and surely it will resolved mate.
I also think it's possible that there might be activity that triggers the system and in the end it asks for KYC on the account, but if the system doesn't detect anything strange maybe it won't ask for KYC, who knows, the system detects money laundering or the user does something that he thinks is fraudulent. , but I don't want to accuse him and draw further conclusions about the problem that clearly patience is needed.

I am also sure that Duelbits will process and solve all the problems including processing the withdrawal if everything has been completed, there is nothing that can be done to make it process faster, maybe an in-depth examination is needed to process it, no one knows the real problem, so be patient is the key to the answer as long as it doesn't take weeks.

This is right, potential violation on ToS is the common reason why someone account undergo KYC for investigation. There’s various reason that team being considered such as money laundering, bonus abused, arbitrage bet and different form of abuse that’s why investigation sometimes took so long since they check different aspect of the account when someone display even the slightest hint of violating the ToS.

You are lucky that you can justify your activity because some mediocre casino is very unfair on handling case like this especially if you have huge profit waiting to withdraw. But here in Duelbits, Rest assured that everything is fair.

As far as I know, the person who process KYC with support agents are different people, that's why support agents often can't provide details on when the KYC process is complete, but it doesn't have to take that long and I also experienced the same thing, although as far as I remember, it didn't take more than one week, and The casino should be able to process it quickly and if there are deficiencies, for example images that are not clear and so on, they should be notified immediately to the user so that they can send a clearer image of the document again, and usually duelbits will notify us via email or when we log in to the account there will be a notification about the process KYC in progress. Is it necessary to make scam accusations ? I don't know, maybe that could make the process faster, but don't forget to give resolved status if the case has been handled properly.

I really think that there is a problem with their internal organization. Some departments in their organization process customer problem very slow. I've been waiting their answer about my case for 2 months (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5465827.0) and haven't received the answer yet. I still contact their support agents every week but they only tell me to wait, there is no update for my case. Of course, my case happens due to my mistake, but I think that at least they should have an answer soon for my case. From comments in my topic, I know that other gambling sites take less than 1 week to give the solution for the similar cases (Take an example: stake and roobet solved the problem within 1 hour)

Your case is different since the job requiring your problem is not originally intended for the support work. There’s a warning message on the deposit address once you open the deposit page.

Your best chance is to get the attention of Duelbits representative so that he will find a way to personally follow your case until it's finish. Your case is a bit not top priority since the mistake is from your side and it can be considered as loss already due to the warning message as reminder before you deposit.

Looks like he already has His answers because 3 days passed and he stopped updating , hope that His case is already settled or at least addressed properly.
as the team makes answers though no specification of time and date when will be completely done.

You will Just have to be patient, atleast, that is all you can do since I personally see or feel that you don't have much of a choice, duelbits can decide not to help you with the claim that they do not have the private key to the network where you sent your coins to, and there will be absolutely nothing you can do about it.., the mistake is entirely yours and as unfortunate as it may sound, you are completely at the mercy of duelbits right now, they can decide to help you and they can decide not to help you..

So just keep reminding them and be patient, the issue is something they will help you solve at their own convenient time, I will only advise that you take the advise of AbuBhakar and put into consideration., find a duelbits representative who can help you be in charge of the case until it's resolved.

You will Just have to be patient, atleast, that is all you can do since I personally see or feel that you don't have much of a choice, duelbits can decide not to help you with the claim that they do not have the private key to the network where you sent your coins to, and there will be absolutely nothing you can do about it.., the mistake is entirely yours and as unfortunate as it may sound, you are completely at the mercy of duelbits right now, they can decide to help you and they can decide not to help you..

So just keep reminding them and be patient, the issue is something they will help you solve at their own convenient time, I will only advise that you take the advise of AbuBhakar and put into consideration., find a duelbits representative who can help you be in charge of the case until it's resolved.
We expected the team to have access to the private key on the coin sending address to quickly resolve the issue, but he realized that his mistake in transferring USDT to the TRC20 network was due to not heeding the warning not to transfer coins unless they were already registered. From comments in my topic, I know that other gambling sites take less than 1 week to give the solution for the similar cases (Take an example: stake and roobet solved the problem within 1 hour)

Well some gambling sites has their own dedicated support staff that is able to check your account while they have a conversation with you as for some other sites like Duelbits, I think they probably use a 3rd party support staff hence all these 'support staff' that you have been in contact with have no information regarding accounts in question so they usually ask you to wait until the cases are solved because they have no clue about those cases at all

It means your KYC documents were accepted and now you have access to the withdrawal tab, sorry that you waited too long which is unfortunate for anyone to happen but it could happen cause they might be swamped with a lot of support tickets so the queue was longer than a usual or something else.

I am not sure how this happens to some users but for me it’s really instant if not it would take just few hours depending on the network congestion and stuff like that. I have started to understand the pattern here now. Most of the users who are complaining must be doing something wrong in terms of account creation, verification or might be using VPN or something illegal activity that makes their account suspicious and thus they end up in locked up situation such as this one. I hardly think Duelbits has shortfall of funds and that’s why they are not paying some random users instantly. It’s matter of security for sure. For as long as Duelbits has enough user base and money back I don’t think they have to halt someone’s payment for no reason. Hope so the said user gets there soon.

I don't know if support works on weekends so my this add some delays on fixing up these issue so best to extend his patience since for sure this issue will be solved by their management soon. We know its frustrating but this scenarios happen sometimes that's why we need be cooperative once they have something to ask regarding on this case so that it can help them solve the issue more faster. Also duelbits is reputable casino so we don't need to worry about if issues occur since for sure they can help their gamblers solve those issues they are facing.

For now maybe try to ask some updates on weekdays since for sure they working and can solve those pending issues that occur to their site.

Use the support since most of the user here doesn’t participate on the tournament because it’s for high roller. Customer support of Duelbits will surely give you an answer to your issue.
