I don’t know why didn’t Rooney leave when Everton came calling, because there’s nothing left for him to do at Derby and without fresh funds they were never going to improve. Lastly they’ll be indeed be relegated and it’s sad Rooney may even be out of a job, but to be honest there’s not much he could have done to prevent it.

Rooney didnt want to leave Derby because if he stays and survives this season it will be historic because they were -21 points since start. He said and promised the fans that he wont leave until the end of the season and is currently trying everything for them to not get relegated.

After losing 21 points and having some serious finances trouble, for me, it's mission impossible for Rooney, but every thing is possible if you have desire to do so, currently even I am not happy with current Derby situation but still feeling they can do this all.

Right now they are at 23rd position with just 15 points, and we have 17 remaining matches with few teams are also having trouble in this zone, hopefully this all will be helpful for them to survive in this war. Reading are also struggling badly after losing 6 points, but they are in better position with look like Peterborough will drop some more and give Derby a chance to go above. Rooney could be a hero for fans if he achieves this all in the next 17 matches.

No time for rest in England with Championship Round 31 midweek starting tomorrow with twelve new matches.
Five matches are played tomorrow and I think we an use the fact that some teams had to play in FA Cup just few days ago in our advantage, like Coventry, Bournemouth, Nottingham, Cardiff, and others.
They might be tired or affected by outcome of those matches, positive or negative.

Coventry had to play extra time and they lost from Southampton so I don't know how they will react against Blackpool.
Fulham lost from Manchester City and now they have to play against Millwall.
Stoke played in Fa Cup and it's not going to be easy to face Swansea who beat Blacburn in prevuious round.
Luton and Barnsley both played in FA Cup but in this case I will give advantage to home team to win again.

I think after 9 games without a win i think its time for Reading to finally win a match in front of their fans in this round. If they dont win it will get pretty intense for them to not get relegated. Also Fulham has another easy match against Hull and probobly an easy away win for them.

Looks like Fulham and Bournemouth both are set for return into Premier League as both teams having very good form in last few matches with most other teams at top are struggling Fulham is surely doing best job from start and Mitrovic is top scorer in this league with 31 goals terrific job from this guy.

At bottom, we have very interesting position as Reading fail again and lost match against Coventry with score of 2 - 3 and with this defeat now they have some big trouble for dropping into relegation zone because 6 points already deducted and now with this worst form they are going down and out with other teams are doing their best for having some better spot most chances Derby will have some better chance instead of Reading for survival in this season.

the last few games, it seems khadra is getting more and more confident, he has speed and hard work to become a very good player, I have high hopes for him, all I can say is blackburn really deserved to win, but fate said otherwise, Blackburn played very well. well, Diaz tried several times and interfered with the westbrown defense, but it didn't work because westbrown has a solid defense, Blackburn is now in the 3rd position of the standings and has a big chance for promotion to the epl 1 league next season..

@notblox1 it’ll probably end in a draw because both teams will take an cautious approach for this game, and I have a feeling that whoever takes more risks in this fixture that team will have a higher chance of winning it. @Joca97 indeed Fulham are the favourites and I won’t be surprised if they won the game comfortably, however it’ll be a big shock for me if they end up losing the game.

Fulham is big favorite in this match but I would not underestimate Huddersfield so easy, because they didn't lose a single match since 27 November 2021.
Last year Fulham beat them 5:1 and they have great H2H record against them, so I am expecting to see goals from both teams.

My main risky pick for this round on Championship will be West Brom against Luton.
They have new coach Steve Bruce and we often see good shock results with this changes.
West Brom have perfect H2H record against Luton and they still have on of the best defense in league.
Luton had a great run of good results but they lost in last round and I believe that West Brom is better team here, but I would not exclude a possible draw.

Many surprised today in Championship, Fulham lost at home from Huddersfield and I warned about that match, but I missed on my other predictions.
