It’s amazing app for pool-mining! I mined 589.7599 BCN for 1 hour!  Are you won’t to add an instruction or F.A.Q? Not so understandable how I can put out BCN. Why are you using only 1 thread for mining? It's not really effective as far as I'm concerned. At first I used 1 thread then I use 2-4-6-8 "cores"!  But I didn't mine at night and I have about 20,000 BCN now. Is it ok? |

I still can't withdraw. When I click submit I see the progress bar for a split second but nothing happens. |

I still can't withdraw. When I click submit I see the progress bar for a split second but nothing happens. I was able to withdraw some amount, but in random denominations like 1x100K, 5x10K and 7x1K, 2x400K. That's pretty much it. I've tried full amounts, random denominations and I can't withdraw anymore. Still not working properly.  |

I've just managed to get my 100k BCNs from the pool, but that was one successful attempt out of 50. I guess, they're not trying to rip us off, but rather have some problems. I've sent them feedback already.

So I just tried withdrawing a random amount that was much less than my full balance and to my surprise my full balance transferred out. Not what I asked for but Ill take it.

Anti-Virus was made for a reason. If you think its a big issue then run in sandbox or on a virtual machine which would keep your system safe.
Worried about your wallet being stolen? Have a seperate wallet on a different computer and send it to that. Spend your time securing your systems and not posting wearyness of the system.
I have used this program with no issues, the one issue I had was one that I was able to correct and was user error. It works well, pays instantly and support is fantastic.

I advise you not to use minergate miner!
just because there is no source code? maybe it is odd but it is working for me good and steady. check it with anti-virus if you're so suspicious. check it with several anti-viruses if you're paranoid  |

Open source was made for reason. Cryptocurrency is all about open source and freedom, so why don't they release source :-) |

The Minergate site says my withdrawals are successful, but the coins are not appearing in my wallet. It's been about an hour. How long is it taking your wallets to show the transactions?
