(I don't want to sound nasty or negative here, so I'll only mention that it has been over a week now, and minergate still refuses to release my BCN "profits".  I am personally aware of another case where minergate refuses to release millions of duck and other funds -- ie, real money at the present time.  Patience has almost worn out at this point -- does minergate even _have_ the funds anymore? -- but I remain hopeful that some day the people who run minergate will surprise me.)

We would like to inform you that for mining with cpuminer on Minergate you should only use version adapted for our pool (https://minergate.com/articles/cpuminer).
Using of another versions causes sending invalid shares which results in ban of your account for withdrawal. After ban we analyse logs individually which takes time. We unlock such accounts only after investigation when we are sure it was not a planned fraud.
Therefore, to avoid this situation, please use adapted cpuminer.

I had pending BCN withdraw for 10hours after sending message by ASK on minergate website the transaction is failed and I have back my BCN. I do not know when it happened after asking them but it was during 8hours after I sent the request.
