Minergate miner got hashrate improvement for some CPUs

Miner:
    Merged most recent hash function from Bytecoin. There has been little improvement in hash rate for some CPUs (regardless of AES-NI capability).

I have XMR withdrawal issue as well, it is already second time. Coins are NOT credited back to account, so I even can not repeat withdrawal attempt...

Can someone from MinerGate check the case or point to appropriate support channel?

I had the same problem and raised a ticket via https://minergate.com/tutorial and then Submit Request.

I did eventually get my coins returned.

I made a withdrawal request for Monerocoin, and after 10 hours there is ZERO on my Monero wallet, however on Minergate transacction it show hash number and bla bla but no money on my wallet, anybody know whats going on?

Is there another mining pool with merging option without withdrawal problems?

I have asked a potential pool owner to develop a Cryptonight pool for merged mining with Fantomcoin so we dont depend on Minergate monopoly pool

In such case (transaction visible in blockchain),you should restart daemon&wallet. maybe check if there is new version?
