But it's proffitable only if we can withdraw the coin, and if withdrawed coin arrive in our wallet.

Withdraw don't work for 2 or 3 days, and i'm still waiting for "lost" QCN (never arrived) and an non-automated answer to this.
I likED to mine on your pool. I'm obviously mining eslwhere till withdraw problems are solved.

Withdrawal issue here as well.

I have been mining at Minergate for a week or so but now when I try to withdraw my funds I´m facing difficulties. In fact I haven´t been able to make a single successfull withdrawal of funds. When I fill in the withdrawal ticket and click "withdraw" all I get is a spinning circle for a moment and then nothing. There is no change in my pool balance and nothing shown in my withdrawal history.

I´ve been trying to make a withdrawal for a day now so something´s clearly off. Just sent in a support ticket, let´s see how that is gonna play out. Reading through this thread I realize that this kind of thing is nothing new for minergate users but still it´s unsettling and I too will be mining elsewhere until these issues are fixed. Real shame there is no other pool with merged mining support for now.

Anyway, the main reason I´m writing to this thread is to express my concerns to others considering this pool. I have been a miner for a year or so and I am well aware there are always technical problems with pools, miners and even coins themselves. However the fact that Minergate has been having these problems from its very beginning and that these problems have almost exclusively concerned paying miners their coins does give me a bad feeling...

I did try IE and Opera in addition to Firefox. No luck.

Same here for lost QCN at least Minergate need announced to your status, Resolving or Fixed.

If someone still want their app at ubuntu 12.04/Mint 13 here is what needs to be done:

same here, QCN withdrawals (from back when withdraw worked) still have not arrived.

New withdrawals not possible, same prob as others described, spinning loading circle and nothing happens when trying to withdraw, yes tried with different browsers etc

no updates on the opened ticket and minergate obviously not interested to communicate in this thread about the issues a lot people are having

here is the withdrawal problem (spinning circle and cant withdraw), minergate's API says "UserBanned", so really it just looks like minergate doesnt want to pay out!

withdraws work for me many times..but no withdraw are possible till 3 days.
impossible to withdraw XMR, QCN,BCN,XDN,FCN... any cryptonote.

Withdrawals are still broken, I have a withdrawal pending for 5 days now, along with 2 x transfers that mysteriously disappeared and are not in the blockchain. The "Ask Us" ticket submission mechanism is broken now too.
