I'm using v2.02.
When I checked my balance, the confirmed balance just went to zero ??
I was mining QCN and merged FCN. Didn't withdraw the coins.
Temporary bug ??
Looking at this problem ?
Looks like it's fixed |

I have stopped using Minergate, I have lost 13+ MRO, it says 0, and doesn't show up in withdrawals. I advise everyone else to stop using this service. Until minergate actually fixes the problem no one should be using it. I switched over to http://moneropool.org |

Minergate admin, fix the whitdrawals otherwise soon enough people won't be mining on your pool at all. It's a priority over other updates.

I've had withdrawal problems for a little while now but they usually work themselves out within a few minutes, to an hour, to a day...it's been over a day this time and still no sign of the coins moving to my wallet.

I have been waiting since may 30th. Would your withdrawals be put in and they just fail (they exist on the withdrawals history)? or does it just hang after you press withdrawal like nothing happened? I've made withdrawals multiple times since the 30th. |

I tried to send 800,000+ BCN to an exchange, so it was my fault, but no response from MinerGate at all, despite the fact that I sent in a ticket. +FAIL I Quit. |

Right now I successfully withdrawed 1 QCN - at least after clcking withdraw, the windows closed itself and withdrwal i sseen in history
PS: seems that withdraws work atm

This pool has failed my withdrawal to a known working bytecoin address that was 100% typed correctly and IT HAS NOT PAID ME BACK THE BYTECOIN THAT I'VE LOST. I've put in a ticket, talked to the person very briefly and then he just stopped responding, great... So I put in another ticket and I am still waiting for a response. I think at this point it has been almost a week. VERY BAD SUPPORT, VERY UNRELIABLE, my 350,000BCN is gone. Thanks Minergate! Alright, it seems as though I have finally received my BCN. Took a while but at least they finally did it. |
