There are regular payment issues, anyway I think this pool is a great job.
The front-end is innovative, merged mining enabled and the app was first real optimisation of the miner (now it needs to be adjusted).

Till now I got every mined coin, so believe that payment issues are completely unintended and not danger. Just the pool for patient miners.

The support seems not to work at all. Minergate - do you have no time to answer messages sent by your site?

The Wolf's miner doesn't work well with Minergate. There is a discussion in this miner thread.
Please check the issue or consider changes in your own app. No one like having 2/3 of possible efficiency.

Can you provide the number of your support ticket?

No, I can't. I used "Ask Us" button, filled the form providing email address and all what I got was "Message submitted. Thanks!". No email after that so don't even know where to get the ticket number from.

Something is wrong.
I set 2 equal machines - one on monero, another on quazar, both doing Fantomcoin
I watch the "Total mined:" number
After 2 h, the income for QCN is way under predicted.
The income for Fantomcoin is very close to predicted one
For Monero is lower. 5 or 6 or 7 times lower, ie WAY worse than QCN, which is also below target. But taking in account stale shares and 10% fee is almost ok. But Monero income can't be explained with fees

Will continue the experiment for few more hours, seems that last few XMR blocks were found for more than expected time, maybe this is the reason

Poole leaves an ambiguous impression. Miner from minergate shows the performance of 25% less than cpuminer-multi. Multimayner constantly fall off of the pool. Confirmation constantly late. Translations that failed the delay for a long time. What's the problem? Can not properly organize the work?

There is a major problem with Minergate cpu miner and Monero.
After 3 days I must say it is more than 70% profit lost in mining.

For example, last 3 days I should be able to make more than 4 XMR coins, having only 1.35.

I am using latest miner from minergate.

It seems there is MAJOR problem with blocks that we at minergate find.
For last 16h there is not a single block with normal reward! All the blocks I looked at have reward between 0.3 and 2.5 XMR! Instead of the normal ~16

So much bad luck ... there has to be a problem with with the protocol and implementation
Until further explanation I won't mine XMR on minergate. The people behind the  pool are fair, but there is a problem.


PS: FCN withdrawals not working. First I patiently waited 24h for FCN to become available for withdrawing, then they are available but can't be...

I have Exactly the same Issue.

I was frustrated, but can only wait.
Minergate didn't respond to my email, also did not return my BCN and FCN.
I believe this should not be a scam, but the miners decreased significantly, the hope can be settled as soon as possible.

I noticed quite a few small reward blocks popping up, figured someone was running a pool server with the pre-8.8.1 fix daemon. Must be frustrating to miss out on all that MMR.

So, MinerGate is running old daemon...

Why should I ask these questions and find the answers...
Please, fix things to work, add functionality after all is up&running.

MInergate is running outdated daemon for XMR which affects reward for found blocks. Reward for blocks is 10 to 20 times lower thus earnings are way lower.
