Try again and if it fails try changing your DNS to Google's 8.8.8.8

I need help!

I have cloud mining contract with Minergate, all was good

But few days ago my cellphone was stolen and obviously
I don't have google authentication numbers any more
Now Minergate doesn't let me to log in.
 
I enter my e-mail, password and it stacks on Verification code
which I don't have any more.
Customer support not helping me to gain access to my account
 so what would you do?
Is anyone have situation like this before

Hashrate is half that of nicehash, i'm guessing its not using "huge pages" or whatever. Is there a solution for this?

Even I was facing the same token expired issue in MinerGate GUI application. I was searching the web for the solution which is to log out and logging in again or trying via extended login mode. in my cloud mining contract they are giving me 3 times less than the real bitcoin mining.
in the photos up are explained your questions.
ive lost $200 on minergates cloud mining contracts and they never paid me.
in pool mining for altcoins they are giving half hashes to every client.
i mine with my cpu 20h/s on minergate xmr mining pool when with the same cpu in miningpoolhub again mining xmr im getting 45h/s.
they are big scam website and please dont trust them.

It is definitely a scam.  I mined ethereum on this when I was just getting started mining.  I mined for like 3 days and my return was abysmal and no where near where it should have been.  I switched to a different pool and got what was expected.  Beware of this company.

If you are mining on here consider switching to another reliable pool.  I will plug the pool (EtherGrab.us I run but even if you do not choose to mine with me, there are also many others that are much better compared to minergate.

Hello I just did a little research on google: "xmr.pool.minergate.com:45790" and I fall on your forum and maybe you guys can tell me what's going on with my dedicated server.
So this morning a guy force brute attack my server and start downloading things, he put a lot things behind him like his name/facebook and mining shit, I don't even know what this is.

I am mining xmr and aeon on MG for few months now and in my experience MG is full of bugs (or they are scamming intentionally). For example, today my aeon miner shows normal hash rate but unconfirmed balance stays at same number for more than 8hr. I got to change from PPLNS to PPS to actually start mining. Aeon got huge amount of blocks at MG pool in that 8h but my balance never get credited for that time. It is not first issue, but for me is sure last. I am going out of that bugged (or scammers pool).
