We've removed invalid shares and penalties which appeared after DSH update. The same is true for DSH-paired coins – e.g. FCN and MCN.

Also we've added additional 50% of shares for this period to every DSH miner as a small gift cause by this situation.

Maybe your mining software also uses the same cache since it showed the same negative balance also. Anyway, this was fixed yesterday.

Can you tell me how much DSH and FCN was refunded back to my account?

How often do I need to say that ?

There is no problem with spammfilter ... theres nothing in spammfolder or somewhere else.
I even get your spammails like the one I posted earlier.

YOU DID NOT answer anything and YOU DID NOT payout my coins.

So there are two things possibilities:

1. Your support is not able to answer/send any email
2. Minergate is scam

Why don't you just fix that yourself and let me withdraw MY MINED COINS ?
I would'nd even need your support in this case.

Btw why does nobody on poloniex answer anymore as soon as I say the word "Minergate"
