Hello, i noticed smart miner likes to mine XMR, which is fine, I turned down the cpu cores to 5, just to ease the load on my computer a bit.. at 5 it runs at about 75-85% in the task manager. And I'm currently getting 50 H/s
What I'm curious about is, why is my gpu not mining? it always says 0/00 HS, and it's intesity is at 4. I tried 1/2/3/4 and it just sits at 0 h/s.
My gpu card is AMD 5800 series.
I'm having the same issue with my AMD cards, can't seem to mine anything (however they are low spec) - NVIDIA cards seem to work fine on the other hand.

It takes an awfully long time for the coins to be withdrawn from Minergate. My experience is that it takes more than 12 hours and up to 24 hours before the i see the alt coins appear in recipient wallet.
Can this be improved on?

I don't get this problem, maybe its the coins that you are mining, maybe they need more nodes or waiting for the next block to be generated - did you try setting up and running a wallet or two to help spread the load of the coin?

This is the standard network flat fee for transfers for XMR. Its an expensive coin to move. LISK is the same, Its best not to transfer less than 10XMR due to the high fee.

Does this pool pay tx fees included in blocks? Or aren't there any transaction fees included in the blocks unlike ethereum? Right now I'am using Dwarfpool but I know that they keep transactionsfees found in bloks to themselves (but they have e-mail notifications, which is a must have for me).

Are there any thoughts for new altcoins? Would it be possible to add the HODL coin or any other CPU altcoin? HODL is CPU only and needs 1GB of Ram to mine

It would be great to see a few more CPU coins added to the pool. There are quite a few interesting ones around - I found that some coins can be mined with hyper threading (on i7's) without affecting the performance of cryptonote.

You mean CPU mining cryptonote together with another CPU coin and not affecting the hashing rate? Or mining cryptonote on GPUs and hyper threading another coin?

I noticed with my i7's that somehow I can mine cryptonote and M7M algorithms without a drop in hashrate on the cryptonote (M7M is reduced a little). I have to set both up to use number of physical (not virtual) cores. However, If I try on an i5 I get a performance drop.

Hi there! That's the standard Monero network fee. Please consider contacting Monero developers about it.

Hi there! That's the standard Monero network fee. Please consider contacting Monero developers about it. wow - at the current rate that means the fee is around $1.2 Yeah the fee is pretty steep. I think it would be in Minergates interests if they reduced it as it must be putting many people off using the service. I was mainly mining BCN due to the excessive transfer fees on XMR. I wonder, Is it all going towards network fee or are minergate taking a cut. 0.1 was the recommended fee at one time. Could be worse though - Poloniex is even higher at 0.2!
