We have begun processing compensation requests for orders of Gridseed Blades based on these requirements:

April 27th to May 4th:    All blades that were delivered (including hosting) during these dates are eligible for 1x Fury per blade.

April 20th to April 26th:     All blades that were delivered (including hosting) during these dates are eligible for 1x 5-Chip Gridseed miner per blade.

The eligibility is based on the date you received your order in the mail or your hosting went live, not when you ordered.

Please fill out the following form below. We will email each of you who are eligible after review.

Josh, my 2 blade upgrade order was from April 14th when prices were even worse.  I submitted for this reimbursement, would I qualify?

Admirable to say the least but does not help me much considering my order was placed on May 3rd, however I do have another question. I ordered 2 blades full kits, but only received 1 raspberry pi and only 1 PSU. The cost for the second blade was the same $1500 for a total 3k order. Than on May 5 I believe price dropped to its current 1049.95. I have already sent an email with the issue and no response yet, I do understand yesterday was a busy day so no point complaining about not receiving a reply to me email. However I am a bit curious if a solution can be found in my case.

(This is costing me money since I have not received my full order, if I didn't need the second PSU and PI I would not have ordered them in the first place.)

GAW:

When will more detailed specs be revealed on your Generation "A" Miners??

I specifically am looking on how they are powered, because I'd like to purchase my PSU's to power them before the units arrive. The units are scheduled to ship in about 2 weeks and we don't have any information.

I bought a War Machine. It looks like it has 8 PCI-E 8 pin connectors. AFIAK there is no power supply, even 1500w that has 8 8pin connectors.

Thats just looking at the picture though.

When will detailed specs be revealed? It would suck to have this unit shipped and delivered and not have the right power supply to power it on. We need details ASAP! Smiley

Am I reading this right that if I buy 2 hosted WAR MACHINES for 108MH/s that for a week you'll double my hashing to 216MH/s?

On the opening post. Unless that just means hosted Gridseed Blades or something or I completely misread.

What if GAW Miners could sell you hashing power (consistently) at least 20% of the market price?
If we protected you from price drops (like the two that have happened)
If you could always sell your gear (at a good price) to buy new gear?
If you always had a ROI?

Just ordered 2 Week Two Hosted Fury.

Your statement "made my mind".
Really hope you surprise us...  Wink

These next two weeks will be very interesting for Scrypt ASICs.
Both Zeus and GAW releasing their products.

I'm anxious too...  Wink

I ordered two blades when the website said they were in stock. Got an email saying they were shipped on the 7th, but all USPS has received is electronic info, no shipment. This is now two days after GAW said it shipped, but USPS has not received anything.

What happened to in-stock with immediate shipping? Shipping is not send out electronic info but holding merchandise.
This order from the 7th still has not shipped according to USPS. I love how GAW sends USPS electronic info, and say the order is "shipped" but USPS has yet to receive any shipment....

My GAW Miners customer service experience has been weak so far. Sure, lots of different responses but no answers.

this happened to me as well but it will eventually update

This is a issue with USPS, and not something we can control Smiley

I don't believe that this is a USPS problem. If my order was shipped when your website said it was shipped, I would have it by now since I paid extra for 2-3 day priority mail. It simply hasn't shipped yet! There is no lag in tracking update. Why does GAW continue to blame USPS? Now 6 days after the order and nothing has shipped..

For hosted miners is there some kind of web control panel you can log into to point to whatever pool you want or would that involve emailing you each time you wanted to change pools?

There's a web interface for this.  Unfortunately they seem to be having problems with their hosted stuff and I finally gave up and had them ship me my blades.

Are the 8PIN CPU connectors the same as 8PIN PCI-E?

Mine has (2) 8PIN CPU) and (6) 8PIN PCI-E

All of these power supplies are over 1200w and have at LEAST 8 PCI-E 8-pin connectors. Some of them have 10 or even 16 PCI-E 8-pin connectors.
