I figured this might be a good place to ask:
Are there Scrypt-N or X11 Asics being developed now and will release this year, or is it all rumors?

Yep, we have products planed for both Smiley

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

I have 1 War Machine (54Mh/s) hosted instance that went online earlier today.

First the machine itself. The web UI reports the machine is running at 64MH/s average and I seem to get a large amount of rejects and hardware errors. The web interface also states the machine uptime and it seems to reboot itself every 1-2 hours. I believe the machine is overclocked due to the extra 10Mh and the hardware errors. There's no way to down-clock the machine in the UI.

I've tried several scrypt mining pools.

clevermining.com - I connected about 2hrs after I got my email confirmation. I couldn't get above 25Mh/s on this pool. I tested for two hours. I will try again later tonight. I just received an email (from Jeff @ GAW) stating that there are some updates being pushed that may improve performance/bugs.

scryptguild.com - I get about 62-64Mh/s and about 1% rejects. The speed is good and the rejects are low.

coinshift.com - The site reports 60-64Mh/s accepted and 1.5-2% rejects.

I started off not liking the performance on clevermining but the last two pools worked as expected.

The web UI is really simple but not very informative.

I'd like to see...

-Email notifications when the pool is down or switching to a new pool.
-Reboot notifications & rebooting at a certain time.
-Daily performance graphs
-Power consumption information, watt hours, mega hash per watt hours, etc.
-percentage of hash payment to GAW hosting
-Console output log from the miner software

For a 54MH/s machine that was purchased, 62MH/s seems better then "good" Smiley They will sort out the differences in the pools soon

The speeds will be fluctuating for a while they tune things. In some cases up, and others down Smiley

I will take your UI feedback, thanks!

Check out the GAW-tacular deals at GAWminers.
I got a GAW-tabulous miner from GAW.

UPS guy showed up this morning.
False alarm, he must have thought I was nuts doing back-flips on the lawn for getting two printer ink cartridges!  I explained that I had GAW-itus and I think he understood.   Cheesy
