It was only Manny PaPacquiao who announce that he will have a big fight this year and that is Crawford but there's no response from the camp of Crawford, maybe they are not interested on this fight or it's their promoter who are not interested to cash out a total of $50 million in this fight.

We all love to see this but probably Arum was thinking that they are risking the undefeated record of Crawford and maybe think that Manny ask too much for this fight.

From what I heard, it is the other way around. Terence Crawford was very interested in the fight, but Manny Pacquiao asked for a guaranteed purse of $40 million, which the organizers are not agreeing to. I would request Manny to go ahead with the fight even if the purse is a bit smaller. Crawford is an excellent boxer, and he has destroyed his opponents till now. If the match actually happens this year, then it will be really exciting.

If you are right then it all makes sense as I know Manny Pacquiao isn't interested to any boxing match as of now due to personal reasons such as his wife Jinky Pacquiao being too concerned on the well being of Manny. But, we can't know for sure the true and real details without any news from reliable sources.

I hope this match happens as I'm excited to see Manny Pacquiao to represent Philippines to a boxing match once again and hopefully end the undefeated title of Crawford. Anyway, $40 Million isn't a bad offer on Manny's side because of his reputation on the Boxing Industry.

Would love to see this happens, as Crawford's stats is really amazing, if Manny beat him it adds up with his legacy. Though he's already a legend but adding another one at this age would truly amazing.

I definitely agree with you, the main purpose why they want to fight Manny is to make huge money, but Manny only has few fights left in his career, therefore he should choose wisely the fighter he would fight, and at his level, it could only be between Spence and Crawford since both are champions and undefeated as well, if he wins, Manny will reign and he might become the GOAT of boxing.

I will say that the negotiations went down, either Arum really doesn't want to give Manny $40 m or there is no negotiation that happen, both camp just hype it, but it doesn't make sense.
