So tough that this Google fulfills them. Although I know that Google does not always comply with the local laws of some countries. And even often fines are imposed on him in court.

I only know one gambling site that shows their statistics and that is freebitco. You can see the number of their sign ups, the amount of bitcoin that they paid and other information. So it's not about religion since I think all religions forbid gambling (CMIIW, I'm not an expert in all religions ). It's about the politics. If the current trend persists in Indonesia, I don't think there will be legalization, whether it's mainstream or for a certain region in gambling anytime soon.

Regulations in Indonesia have banned gambling activities until now with illegal status, the factor is because the majority of the population is Muslim, all gambling activities are very contrary to religion and can deal with the law if someone is still determined to play gambling the police will arrest him.

Read about how Ali Sadikin built Jakarta from gambling related revenue. Yes, gambling once LEGAL in Jakarta despite no change in the demographic.
