PSG.LGD looks shaky in this TI to be honest, as the current meta of DOTA 2 doesn't favor their drafts and we saw this clearly against Hokori and now against Soniqs. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day for them and they will adjust their picks and drafts because the farm is still there but they don't have team fights as they used to have before this late patch.

Hopefully, they make some improvements for tomorrow and they probably can't afford to lose another series if they plan on going to the upper bracket. EG on the other hand had a perfect start to the groups going 6-0 but the more impressive part is that it's against the top two teams in the DPC rankings. Group B so far is looking like a toss-up as all the teams are one to two maps apart.

The Internationals are very interesting to watch. Caught the beginning of Team Liquid up against Vici gaming earlier. Team Liquid were down first round and were 2.55x odds but came storming back to win the match 2-1.

People getting hyped right now because from the previous Match of the VG which is Erika makes another trash-talk for Kuku "bye bye kuku" which makes the community goes wild and from the previous post of kuku said to take revenge from him and after that VG lose their game against team liquid it becomes hype now, and again we got the most awaiting event a one week the international event, what team you think will win here in this Ti11?.

Very exciting for DOTA2 fans for certain with The Internationals kicking off!
And didn't know the VG match which I was talking about caused so much controversy. That should stir up some boiling point in some of the players during the tournament.

As for the teams that I think will win - I put Psg-ld to win their first match tonight.
But for the tournament I think Team Spirit to go far into the later brackets.

For me the trash-talk part is the best just to watch but with the team play if T1 they don't have a really good draft they keep pushing the venomancer pos 3 and pos 4, currently the match of the group B is so new to us EG makes a good game against LGD with 2-0 and they are in the top of the bracket and LGD got a poor performance or just  part of the plan but of course upper bracket is the suitable for get the another attempt. OG too has a good potential because of their new drafting and hero pool.

It is too early in the tournament, let's see as the tournament progresses if they will be able to recover from their bad start. They are currently playing against OG. This is a good measurement of how far they will go in this tournament since OG is one of the teams they might face in the latter part of TI. If they can beat or at least take a draw from OG, then they still have a decent chance to make it to the upper bracket. It will look bad for them though if they lose against OG since there are few teams left that they could beat.

Yep. I've spoke way to earlier about them as they just went and demolished OG with a clean victory of 2-0. Even more , OG didn't even gather 15 kills in both games against PSG.LGD so this tells us that PSG has a big package of drafts and strategies ready to be tested on TI when OG needs the same heroes every game in order to function on high level.

For me I just got up to catch the end of map1 of Boom Esports vs BetBoom.
Looking like Boom will win, but not too familiar with these teams so don't know if it will end in a draw.
Like so many that Team Spirit have had in their previous matches so far end up as their result.

Entity...so solid! I won't sleep on this team when they play and they have a game in about 15 minutes against FNATIC. Also , they hold Aster on rosh for almost 4 minute during the kite and manage to complete a huge comeback that won them the game

All of the Chinese teams seem to have a nearly perfect day 2 only dropping one map at the very least. We might see the first four teams tomorrow that could potentially go to the upper bracket since three of the last four series from Group A are scheduled for day 3.

Earlier I saw this bad news for PSG.LGD posted on Reddit as they'll be receiving a penalty (reduced draft time and dire/radiant side selection) in all their day 3 games due to failing to report their covid test in time.

This might be the reason why for the lack luster performance from PSG-LGD from the beginning of the international so far.
I don't think they will recover their dominance going into the next stage.
Especially with the penalties received and players getting demotions.

It seems PSG.LGD has breached the COVID protocols and they got penalized in games by reducing both picking and banning time ?? :O. This is huge for the deep games when they need extra time to re-think strategy but with time being reduce , they will have to move faster or they end up by random Gyrocopter like Spirit did  .

Also , Somnus for RNG is sick and he's being isolated right now ... man...this is not what I've expected from day 3.

But it did not stop them from sweeping 2 of their matches. They got an easy picking against Boom and RNG defaulted on their second game because of Covid issues as well.

I think the whole team of RNG is now sick with Covid. I wonder how this will affect them in the next stage of the tournament. It is clear it already affected them today. They dropped 6 games in today's matches. They were at the top yesterday and now are in the lower bracket. It is a bad day for the Chinese teams.

I am not aware of this issue. What is the problem with Matu? He performed very well in their last match today against Boom Esports. They even swept the match 2-0. If there is any issue or problem with Matu, it is not evident. He was dominating in that game.

Place a bet on Team Spirit for the late matches yesterday and managed to get the map 2 correct. Beast coast won the 1st map and it seems that most of the outcomes lately have been the split wins for maps.
Disappointing to see PSG-LGD do so bad losing to Boom.
That was the last day of the final group stages so we are now into the playoffs. Upper brackets and lower brackets have been set.

Well , I've lost my bets placing them on Talon as I had faith 23 Savage can finally have it's own game to shine but it got blocked by Entity in the elimination games.

After what I saw today I do think Secret , Tundra , Aster and LGD are the strongest teams in tournament and one of these 2 should also win TI ...but lower bracket games should decide this in the next days.

And Team Secret continued with good performances and took care of LGD. EG vs. LGS can still happen but in lower bracket if they pass their current opponents and they are big favorites to do so. I wouldn't be suprised if we get lower bracket champion from one of these 2 teams.

Team Spirit also lost and they are out of competition, much sooner than I thought. Good thing I did not have money on my Sportsbet account, would have lost it all on DOTA today

It's also been said that they've got the advantage by picking who they want to face on the upper bracket and they ended up losing with that choice they've made, too sad for EG. but for me team secret and team liquid are very strong opponents for tundra esports and team aster.
i saw how to play team secret when against TA didn't even give a chance to win even for a draw.
and i also saw the last game of team liquid against TA when liquid was very fast to conquer TA not exceeding 34 minutes. even though usually every dota 2 game takes 34 minutes more but team liquid doesn't need to take long.
and the possibility that team secret and team liquid will meet in the grand final later

I also didn't expect so many top teams to crumble but at the same time, the first few days of the playoffs were so weird since the production wasn't set up properly based on the feedback of the players, and potentially that could've influenced the unexpected amount of upsets.

So far, Team Secret is definitely the expected team to win it all and it's interesting to see that the other two teams came all the way from the last chance qualifier. The one-week break is unusual though, I feel like it could ruin the momentum of Team Secret but it'll help the lower bracket teams to recuperate after the tough series they've been through.
