FaZe won 2-0 against Mouz. Simply unbelievable!! The odds pointed to the opposite. And on the maps, Nuke was easy, but on Inferno, they crushed them with a 13-2 score. This changes a lot on this side of the bracket.

Crazy upset, I thought FaZe was only good for one map, but Mouz quickly fell flat after a close first map, and even played worse in their own map pick.

Even jcobbb was surprised and mentioned in the post-game interview that he was expecting a much tougher series.

Also, FURIA is somehow shaken up, and we could see a back-to-back upset today if NaVi keeps outaiming FURIA.

It was indeed a B2B day of the dogs in Budapest for the StarLadder series.
Both heavily favorited team fell by their opponents. Which nobody saw coming the way that it did especially for FURIA since they were the ones favored to go to the grand finals.

They got up ended in the end by Team Vitality taking this map in OT. As it was another unbelievable upset when a team is up in double digits just to lose 6 rounds in a row like Team Spirit did.

Both of the 3-0 teams in the Stage 3 matches both lost!

While waiting for the major to start, I watched some DreamLeague, and I can't believe OG is the first team to go 3-0 in the group stage after rolling BB Team with a quick sweep. 

They're now up against Team Falcons, I've bet for them but the first game was already done and it's in favor of Team Falcons. Looks like OG was outdrafted there when they should have picked nature's prophet for yopaj but instead they've picked Death Prophet and I see not that much help from that hero on this game. Looking forward to see how the 2nd game will do if they'll able to recover from that one sided game or not and so as my bet too.

It's always been Ammar that makes the game harder for most of their games not only with OG but also with other opponents. That centaur is always been tanky and he's getting the bait from OG when he's always alone. When he understood that they'll go for him for the next kill, he's come prepared for it with his teammates on the sides just waiting to back him up. My first bet lost, GG and moving on to Team Spirit and Parivision game.

Faze won the first map but then Vitality turned up the heat and smoked them the next three maps!
Especially in the very last one where it was no contest. It seemed that Faze Clan just gave up with a score of 13-2 to take the tournament.

The match between Furia and NAVI was a huge disappointment for me. The Brazilian team couldn't even get onto the server. They managed a draw, but it was very hard-fought and almost ended 2-0. Very sad, but happy that they can improve in the future. There was great hope and they continue to be a great team, at least the best in Brazil haha

One bad day and you lose very badly even if the team is one of the best in the world. I think they could have won against Vitality in the finals if they passed NaVi.

But Vitality deserved the win and now they won back to back majors, the first time a team won two majors in a row in the last 6 years!

That I didn't realize they were B2B champions of a major this year, and actually thought it was MOUZ who did it. But those were not all majors they won at the beginning of the year in those finals. So I guess that honor does go to Team Vitality afterall.

Zywoo got the Budapest Finals MVP his third so he also does deserve the medal too!

That is it for majors in CS2 for the year right? There are still Pro-level tournaments going on in DOTA2 so that should tide us ESports fans until after New Years.

Next year will be great for most esports I think. And everyone will have be excited again for all of these majors but there's a shift that's happening. That's about the Riyadh masters that's becoming a tradition yearly. A great time to be alive for esports fans. Because many esports/games are part of that whenever it happens and let's hope that there won't be any problem by next year and it will just continue.

The worst part is that it wasn't a bad day. If you look at the commentators who are players, like Taco on Gaules' live stream, he talked about all of Furia's strategies, and when they interviewed Fallen he basically said the same thing. What happened was anxiety at the beginning of the game that carried over into other rounds and maps; they couldn't impose their own game plan.

Having put in a bet on the current match being played in the DreamLeague right now.
So hoping for an easy win for the team because they are at a one-all draw so this is the last hurrah for them to win before the end of this year.

Have the esports championships already finished for this year? I haven't found anything related to CS or LoL. Apparently, we'll only have news next year then? I saw that LoL will be testing new features in this new preseason, like movement with WASD, are you aware of that?

I've won quite a bit and this is my current bet for Tundra against Yandex, it's only on the first map after Yandex winning the series against Virtus Pro. After this DreamLeague, the Blast Slam qualifier is next for the VI. The games of the future is currently happening as well but it's said to be political, should be interesting if the former OG squad was there except jerax and ana.
