Qatar became the first country to be eliminated from the 2022 World Cup after being defeated by Senegal with a score of 1-3, two defeats in a row in two matches is quite a bad achievement for Qatar, even though with the support of the fans it is difficult to win in two matches. Wales played even worse in the second half than in the first. Wales have to wait 64 years to participate in the World Cup stage for the second time.  The 1958 quarter-final team qualified for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar after 64 years.  But the performance of the team is not doing very well.

It was predicted that Qatar would not go far in this tournament as the hosts they were at a disadvantage as this was their first experience in world class competition, but when Qatar scored and made it 2-1 there was hope because they played very differently against Ecuador. and also in the first half, but yeah Senegal could see the gap because the Qatar players were far enough away from the defense that the result was 3-1 but at least Qatar showed a change and the game was quite challenging in the second half. It's a great pleasure to see African teams actually scoring goals and gaining some points. Ghana yesterday where the first to break the goal record for the Qatar22 by scoring the first goal for an African team while Senegal today actually secured the first 3 points as an African team in the world cup.

Wales in a terrible position in the World cup with defeats. I think there's more actions to be observed on the pitch rather than doing just formation and tactics. Wales don't have sharp frontlines and their defendlines is shaky at the moment. Qatar performance today's match is than the first game. Qatar was able to score 1 goal against Senegal, they had opportunities of scoring goals but they were unable to create more goals. Painful last minute goal disallowed on the Ecuadorian side. This is world cup should be on Guiness Book of World records as the world cup with the most controversial goals ever. It is just unfair.  Theu fought tooth and nail to get back in the game only for their goal to be ruled out. I just hope that Ecuador can turn the anger of the disallowed of their goal into more goals.
