Big surprise for me today in CL was Juventus losing from Stuttgart  

I guess apart from Buwaytress who didn't submit his picks, Cryptofrka has got to be the most undone in this round with the late goal from Stuttgart, because I remember his post about Stuttgart as possible upset, but then went for the greedier odds for total goals "No goals", only for him to lose that point in the 92nd minute, with Stuttgart having missed a penalty just some minutes early. Wonderful!

The most deceiving team is Dortmund, so now is the time to bet on Real Madrid to win. Although the odds of 5.1 are not that good, Dortmund win is estimated at 1.59 (lol no one believes in them).

People always say get used to watching Real Madrid until the end because their comeback always ends in the second half, but Dortmund who has been fortunate rightly humiliated, this is 5 goals in the second half, crazy ...

Juventus played badly, even I entered Juventus to win in the parlay the results were surprising to be disappointed, the point is that this team is bad - for the reason of Danilo's red card.

I don't know what happened in today's match, hopefully there will be no more disappointments.

FML what a round of results. I couldn't watch anything but just looking at the scoreline, I should have known Real Madrid and Dortmund would serve up a big festival of goals.

I think also now we need to take Unai Emery seriously in this Champions League. Wow for them seriously.

I should have listened to this one. It really interested me, but I went instead for Dortmund win, and everywhere people scored, even dumb Juventus couldn't hold the fort like they did in the league

I got 7/9 correct outcomes in the Superbru pool last night but 0 EXACT scores which gave me a measly 9 points. It’s frustrating that 7/9 correct outcomes can give you the same score as somebody who got 3 EXACT scores but nothing else right. Oh well, that’s the name of the game.

Yeah, it was a tough goal to concede in the 92th minute, I had 2 stakes on 0-0 which would have propelled me into the top 10.
To be honest though, Stuttgart deserved to win the game and should have scored much sooner.

Rest of my picks went down the drain as well, but the format favors the brave so I'm gonna keep aiming for the high odds. In Pot B things can turn quickly.

Its gonna be an interesting game in Salzburg tonight, neither Salzburg or Dinamo are in the good form, and Dinamo will miss Petkovic tonight. It could go either way really, hope for at least 1 point.

The 7/9 misses were Juve vs Vfb and PSG vs PSV matches had a lot wrong with the scores of these matches.
At least I should be able to maintain the current position and see the other 9 matches.

For Pot B it is more difficult to chase points, but at least now it will be better and the most points are selected for the Liverpool match, I hope to get the points desired.

Yes, I still can't believe it. All that time updating the questions, then checking to see no overlaps in the format, and then even testing it, and I forgot to submit for my own account. I think I'm getting old, what I remembered was using a test user that I deleted. I need a Cro2 twin to help me remember things. Very sad.

Yup, that's the Superbru roulette I call it. The only edge you'll have with many correct outcomes is the closeness score, which is only useful in tiebreakers, and the slam point(s) but they are very poor edges.

Liverpool win the only thing that can salvage my week.

Unlikelier, yes. But it's harder to predict more outcomes.

One is about the likelihood (more about how lucky you are), the other is about actual knowledge of the teams (less luck involved).

Somebody tell me that sport isn't rigged, you can't simply because it is rigged to the core. The PSG team is living proof of this, how can they with the names they have in the team playing at their home stadium in front of their fans not beat PSV Eindhoven which is a good team yeah but nowhere near the level of PSG. This says enough about nowadays mechanisms that make you lose money even with odds like 1.13 to 1.29 in sport betting which are considered relatively easy to catch especially in football. No doubts that they have not won tonight not because they can't simply because there are other interests in here. What a shameful night of shameful soccer in Champions League this was.

I wouldn't look for conspiracy theories there. I watched game and PSG wasted lot of moments. Such things happens. Maybe PSG have better squad, but aftter they're playing in so called farmers league. Crazy game Juventus was my favorite pick of this round, had no doubt, if it was last season I would have gone all point on them, the 4 Point max this season saved my ass. Losing first time this season at home to Stuttgart is even more crazier.

There are some significant leap happening already, with that Celtic vs Atalanta goalless draw, there are multiple people jumping up the ladder and defying gravity, leea-1334   almost outta nowhere is currently top 5, and Ulven with a whopping 40 points is leading the pack now, crazy times!

You are right, but you can see that it is still possible to catch up if someone is lucky like today because Ulven got the jackpot, and this is a clue that choosing no goal will give a lot of points if it is right on target, but of course it is not easy with many matches available.

My remaining answers seem to not give points and Ulven seems to get extra points because he chose Feyenoord with 2 stakes and Feyenoord are leading by 2 goals at the moment.

Man City saved my ass in Pot B with this win, but I expected more from Bayer Leverkusen, I never saw a draw outcome with Brest.

There were so many surprising outcomes flying around; I'm happy I survived in Port A and moved up two places. Juventus and Salzburg both lost at home ( wasted 8 points); however, I received a small return on Inter Milan to stay up the pace in Pot B.

No home passion, eh? It took Kompany less than 5 months to turn  a CL title contender Bayem into a Europa League candidate. I hope the Barcelona fans who wanted Raphinha out of the club after a few poor performances last season are feeling stupid right now. What a season....

Just took a look at pot B. @Ulven got 50 points for MD3 which is insane. I can't complain though — most of his picks were on underdogs and the odds were significantly higher — for instance: Stuttgart to win Juventus would be 3+ odds minimum.

This is the first round that I have actively participated in both pots. Hopefully I do well in the upcoming rounds because I'm no where close to the top of the table.

So many surprising results today as well as yesterday. Feyenoord destroyed Benfica and Athletico Madrid got massacred by Lille.

But it wasn't even in that game that he gained the most points. It was in the Atalanta v Celtic game that he indicated there would be no goals. And if we think about it, it wasn't even that much of an underdog bet.
