Yes most people will be surprised by the result Manchester City achieved in their first leg in the Champions League round of 16 this season. I think they will be able to win that game to make them more comfortable going into the second leg. But the results they get force them to work harder later. Somehow Manchester City sometimes they don't play well enough against teams that aren't strong enough. their consistency seems to drop when dealing with weaker teams. even though they always dominate the game but there are always many opportunities that are not used properly. So it's natural that this season many doubt Manchester city. despite the fact that Manchester City players actually have good quality. but at least I'm pretty sure Manchester city will qualify for the next round in the Champions League. but in the Premier League I still see a big chance for Manchester City to win the title. compete with Arsenal and Manchester United.

I agree with you, even though they don't play at the highest level in the Spanish league and lose a lot of points, when they play in the champions league they always play fantastic and are very hard to beat.
The Champions League seems to be a special inspiration for Real players and they always play flawlessly in that competition.
On the other hand, Manchester City and PSG players seem to be under too much pressure when they play in the Champions League and perform worse than in their domestic leagues.
The Champions League is the hardest and best competition in the world and it's very difficult to win, but the Real players obviously know how to win this competition and for me they are favorites again.

I still think Tottenham and Man City have a chance to go through. both of them in the second leg will be competing at home, and that is an added strength for them. City has a greater chance of qualifying, especially with a draw in the first leg, playing at home, they could have won from Leipzig.
Tottenham, who are 1 goal down, chasing Milan will probably need more of their luck. but Tottenham sometimes plays very well, but also sometimes plays badly. but they still have hope in the second leg.

I am not sure before their game against Liverpool they had a lot of injuries and Liverpool are 1 of the worst teams in the Champions league this season and judging Real Madrid on the performance against them is not going to be the same when they face better opponents. Real Madrid still conceded 2 goals early and any other team in the Champions League could have probably held onto that lead. I think Real Madrid are 1 of the favorites but I am not confident enough to bet on them winning the trophy.
