I believe nothing has ended for PSG yet. Maybe they lost home against Bayern Munich in the first leg and this has just made things more difficult for them. Lol I find that's hilarious too, I'd rather go with Dortmund to win instead referring to the stats and their captain Silva just got injured again. Unless Chelsea sack Potter on the weekend after his another bad result against Leeds and get a decent coach immediately, their chance to win against Dortmund is absolutely low. I'll wait their result against Leeds first before making a bet on this match.
