My guess about Benfica match was right (Benfica getting easy win by at keaay conceding one goal). It was obvious and expected result. Benfica is going surprisingly good I suppose they may hit semi finals even. Like why wouldn't they beat Chelsea? They are not that weaker.
Chelsea on the other hand qualified to next round by goal difference. I thought it was difficult thing to beat Dortmund, let alone beating with 2 goals difference but they did it. So I failed with this result. Premier League teams shouldn't be underestimated.

Chelsea made a statement today when every one doubted them. I doubted them and thought they would lose by a lot but they made it look easy today. I wonder if Dean Potter has finally managed to get the players playing like he wants them because after the whistle went they were celebrating like they won the Champions League. Not surprised at all at what Chelsea achieved last night in beating Dortmund. The Chelsea players don't want to miss the UCL next season because this tournament is the dream of those who choose to play for European clubs.
Almost all the players played by Graham Potter from the first minute played quite well. Even their game was much better when they beat Leeds United in the PL.

Brugge was not an equal opponent for benfica. It can be seen from how benfica absolutely dominated the match against brugge. Benfica against brugge was an easy money. that's it. You can imagine that for people who pick benfica will be winning two times easy money in row.

Yeah I saw the post and I think it's normal because we can predict what result a team will get by looking at how it performed in previous matches and in many of the matches that Chelsea can be said to be bad and this result surprised, penalty reward saving them because I thought this Dortmund would be able to score or if not it would go to extra time or even a penalty shootout, but the penalty kick really saved them.

After losing against Arsenal in round 15 of the PL on November 6, 2022 with a score of 1-0 at Stamford Bridge, Graham Potter switched from a back 4 formation to a back 3 and the result was also losing against Manchester City 2-0 in the EFL tournament on November 10, 2022 and also losing against Newcastle with a back 3 formation as well.

Potter has been using this formation for quite some time now and just that it did work today because of how too offensive the dortmound back line was. He did brave by sticking to the formation but his substitutions look poor to me because a game that could easily gone to extra shouldn't be the one you take off your attackers. There was not much excitement in the match from the first half but after half-time the excitement started and from the second half of the game benfica scored 4 goals in a row. Yes it's true that the two teams weren't equally strong, Brugge was a slightly weaker team but they weren't so weak that benfica could give them 5 goals. Chelsea actually played well. That is the best Kai havertz performance in a Chelsea jersey. He had glimpses against Leeds as well. Team as a whole has barely put a foot wrong.
