The main reason is the problem of the knee, based on medical records this is not the first time he has experienced it since the 2020/2021 season, injury problems continue to come almost every season until now. Then they would have to keep spending those levels for a long time and sign players of all age groups to also cover all interest groups that could follow the league on TV and the Internet. Not everyone likes to watch players who are about to retire anyway. But signing younger players will be even more costly in the long run.
