I need City to win by 2 to remain alive. I know it won't really happen but at least I'm still in the game - if I picked the 'expected' City to win by 3+ goals, I'd be out already.

I think I am am out of the Cup already, and I never had much luck in all previous seasons also 
Brugge had a good result in first half and I could not trust unreliable Man City to finish the job,  but I was wrong.

As I said multiple times, cup isn't my happy place and nowdays I am not even trying. Sending kids to get some experience is only thing I am getting feom these games.

Well, really didn't expect City would bring me back in the game. It all depends on the penalties now, with Twente to qualify the only difference between me and Woodie.
The odds on a Twente win are 50-50, the win almost surely brings them over the line. Besiktas probably goes through with a draw, so that works in my favor.

You mean the H2H results? Milwall won 4 last games out of 5 before yesterday so that was actually one of my deciding point on taking Millwall as well.

I also checked their H2H matches, but I didn't take them into consideration, because they hadn't played against other much in the recent years. Millwall and Portsmouth had only one match against each other in the past 3 years and only 2 matches in the past 12 years.

but sometimes the H2H record is kinda like pattern though hence I usually try to follow those pattern unless of course its over 15 years or something lol. Anyway you know this was a championship game so pattern doesnt really matters I guess, It was a close win for Millwall as they literally only had 1 shot on goal. They were terrible but they won somehow

Nice round so far for you, I’ve only gotten 2/4 but so has my opponent and it’s likely going to come down to Braga vs Lazio as the decider…

ps: Everyone submitted right on time for this round, Strongkored is only getting a bye in the first round because he’s occupied the 1st position in Division 1, while this cup round has an uneven amount of participants.. In previous seasons we usually have a couple more of players in the 1st Division get a bye in the first round.
