Karachi Kings started good and it looked like they'll easily win the match. In between the opening wicket and the run out was an unnecessary one. Vince was in good form and he's taking the team towards win. The middle order Haider Ali and Shoaib Malik didn't perform and ate the balls. If they had played good the match could've been a win for Karachi Kings.

When the run target was 197 runs in 20 overs, the innings that Haider Ali and Shoaib Malik gave yesterday was undoubtedly enough to lose the match. No ball + 6 runs came as a bonus total of seven runs due to Abbas Afridi's first ball noball call , just when the game needed 24 runs in the last over. Then 17 runs were needed in six balls, Abbas Afridi gave a few extra runs in the last over and 7 runs were needed in the last 4 balls. The turning point of the game changed only when Ben cutting out. But 7 runs were to be taken in the last two balls but Imad Wasim could not turn any ball into a six, finally Karachi Kings lost by three runs. However, Karachi Kings lost tomorrow's match only to a few top-order batsmen. Especially Haider Ali and Shoaib Malik scored only 25 runs in six overs which was not good for Karachi Kings in yesterday's match.

When the run target was 197 runs in 20 overs, the innings that Haider Ali and Shoaib Malik gave yesterday was undoubtedly enough to lose the match. No ball + 6 runs came as a bonus total of seven runs due to Abbas Afridi's first ball noball call , just when the game needed 24 runs in the last over. Then 17 runs were needed in six balls, Abbas Afridi gave a few extra runs in the last over and 7 runs were needed in the last 4 balls. The turning point of the game changed only when Ben cutting out. But 7 runs were to be taken in the last two balls but Imad Wasim could not turn any ball into a six, finally Karachi Kings lost by three runs. However, Karachi Kings lost tomorrow's match only to a few top-order batsmen. Especially Haider Ali and Shoaib Malik scored only 25 runs in six overs which was not good for Karachi Kings in yesterday's match.

Haider Ali's biggest contribution to the match was in running out James Vince, who was singlehandedly leading the fight for Karachi Kings. By the time Vince got out, Karachi was solidly on target with a score of 105/2 after 9.5 overs. But then the combination of Haider Ali and Shoaib Malik sank them with slow batting. And it is not like the Multan Sultans had world class bowlers. All they had was a bunch of inexperienced pacers, including Ihsanullah, Abbas Afridi and spinners Khushdil Shah/Usama Mir. After watching the match I was unsure for which team this guy (Haider Ali) was playing.

Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United are equally strong teams to there is going to be z tough match between them. My vote is for Islamabad United.
Karachi Kings played good in all matches but unfortunately they lost most of them because of better opposition.

Haider Ali is not that sort of player don't know what happened with him last night. Malik is 41 years old and it's time for him to join Karachi Kings as coach or mentor. He must give chance to some new talent.

Horrible stats for Karachi. They have played most games and lost most games also. Babar Azam has done right move by immigrating to zalmi in this PSL. There is complete overhaul required in Karachi Kings squad.

An easy won for Islamabad United obviously their opener Rahmanullah gurbaz played a responsible innings  62 runs , Rassie van der Dussen 42 runs and worth mentioning Asif Ali who scored 29 runs on 14 balls with 3 sixes and 1 four . This is what Asif Ali is known for his smashing batting . Good match played by Islamabad United except shadab Khan what has happened to his batting.

In the 12th match between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United, Peshawar Zalmi managed to set a target of just 156 runs. But everyone knew that this score was not enough to win the match. Islamabad United controlled the result of the match on the power play. Islamabad United managed to score 80 runs after batting only 6 overs, as a result of which Islamabad United won the match after batting only 14.5 overs. Islamabad United retained their second position with a win in today's match.

What an outstanding Batting performance by Islamabad United , Today, the batsmen of Islamabad United team left the bowlers of Peshawar Zalmi completely out of sorts.
Their run rate per over was phenomenal, their performance today made it seem that if they had batted earlier today they would have gone over 200 runs. As a result of winning this match.  They are more seasoned to retain the second spot in the points table. Hope they can continue their performance.

Islamabad is at the 5th position on the points table. Even after the loss Peshawar Zalmi is placed at the third position, because it is the team's first loss in three matches. Mohammad Haris and Babar Azam gave good start, but the rest of the team weren't able to support. This is the reason why the score got limited to 156 runs. Nowadays every team performs well in T20 and atleast 180 runs is a must.

Zalmi do have experienced bowlers (Wahab Riaz, Usman Qadir and James Neesham), but were unable to stem the flow of runs. BTW, it is good to see Tom Curran bowling in the PSL. He has become one of the most sought after bowlers in franchise T20 and recently had an excellent stint with Desert Vipers in the International League T20.

It's gonna be tough match because Lahore looking good so far they scored 128 in 13th over while just three batter of them are dismissed, but if you look at his current run rate it's quite good 9.85. if Lahore scored around 170+ then I am sure that they will get the game because Thier bowling lineup were already strong like Shaheen, Haris, sikander Raza, and now the beast of t20 format Afghani bowler Rashid khan were added to thier bowling lineup today which make them more stronger and make them capable to defend the 170+ target against the Quetta strong batting lineup.

69 runs to win, and only 6 balls left, another loss for Quetta. Gladiators so far played 4 games and lost 3 of them. Meanwhile, second victory for Lahore in this year PSL. Hussain Talat and Sikander Raza of Lahore are too good with bat today as they scored 26 of 13 balls and 32 of 16 balls.  Shaheen Shah Afridi and David Wise both got 3 wickets. A moral boosting win for Lahore Qalandars today.

Raza and Talat had made striking performance at the end. From the beginning itself every player had contributed for their part, which is perfect team effort. Altogether it had reached good target. From the bowling end David Wiese and Shaheen Afridi took 3 wickets each with the economy 5.75 and 5.50 runs per over which is good in T-20 cricket.

Shaheen Afridi was in full form - and was lucky to get 3 wickets.
Truly Talat and Raze played really well. We have seen some amazing matches so far.

Islamabad United really benefitted from their power-packed top order yesterday. Peshawar Zalmi bowlers were unable to contain Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Rassie van der Dussen, although Colin Munro fell early during the chase. Zalmi do have experienced bowlers (Wahab Riaz, Usman Qadir and James Neesham), but were unable to stem the flow of runs. BTW, it is good to see Tom Curran bowling in the PSL. He has become one of the most sought after bowlers in franchise T20 and recently had an excellent stint with Desert Vipers in the International League T20. 

Islamabad united scored 116 runs in 14 overs and we have a STRATEGIC TIMEOUT right now. What Islamabad be thinking at this point in time is that Azam Khan and Asif Ali (who are playing well at the moment) to remain not out for the most part of the remaining 6 overs and score at least 10 an over which may lead them to 176 runs which is a good total in my point of view.

Islamabad united did not start the innings well but the good thing about T20 is that even if some players score a quick runs in the later part of the innings, the batting team still gets a good score.

Tom Curran father used to play international cricket for Zimbabwe, and Tom is now playing for England. There is quite a decent number of foreign players involved in PSL 8.
Muhammad Hasnain has picked 2 wikcets so far and is a bit expensive in his 3rd over. In his 3rd over, he gave away 22 runs. Islamabad United will score somewhere around 200 as Azam Khan is batting lethal at the moment.

The Pakistan Super League match that is being played today is the 13th match of this Super League.The two teams participating in this match are Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United. Islamabad United have already collected 220 runs with the loss of 6 wickets at the end of twenty overs.Almost everyone has done a good batting performance for their team.But Azam Khan he played a cameo innings Azam Khan scored 97 runs off 47 balls.Azam Khan's batting performance was one of Islamabad United's big run-scoring innings.
After the break at the end of the first innings, the match started but Quetta Gladiators fell by one wicket early on.In the first over, Fazlul Haque Farooqui bowled Martin Guptill.Quetta Gladiators' runs are six for one wicket.
