Islamabad United met the target of 229 runs set by Multan Sultans and eventually secured the semi-finals by defeating them by three wickets. However, the final list of the four teams that will participate in the semi-finals has been updated and the four teams Multan Sultans, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta gladiators and Islamabad United have qualified. Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandar did not qualify but these two teams came to the end and managed to perform very well but unfortunately these two teams were eliminated before long.

The second match between Quetta Gladiator and Lahore qalandar is very interested and at last ball Quetta Gladiator won by 6 wickets they chase down the target 169 runs in. Loss of 4 wickets in last ball of 20th overs. The Player of the Match is Saud Shakeel for his outstanding batting performance scored 88 runs unbeaten from just 65 balls, missed his well deserved century by a few runs short but win match for Quetta.

The IU captain Shadab khan along with Colin Munro had a 141 runs partnership on just 64 balls. IU tail knew that it's a do or die game for them. In the end it's a victory for IU that has taken them to next round.

We have seen whole PSL matches at 7 pm Local time but now due to the holy month of Ramadan the match will be delayed start.

Yesterday were the two matches of PSL and that second match was a very intense match. In both matches, the result was decided after the last ball, but the match of Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators was such match full of suspense and tension.

The batsmen of Lahore Qalandars didn't perform well then Shaheen Shah Afridi came as soon as the third wicket fell, and he was not playing like a bowler, he was playing like an all-rounder.

In PSL we cannot explain whether he is a bowler or a batsman because, in every match, we see something new. Now, I think that Shaheen Shah Afridi is back in his previous form of 2021, where he can do very good bowling of 145 kmph plus and also doing good batting in bad situations. He scored 55 runs in 34 balls and it was a major run scoring for this team but still they lost the match.

Yesterday Shaheen Shah Afridi got injured during the match while he was batting but he played a match with a very bad injury on the  foot. The doctor of PCB came to check on him and his foot went into a very bad situation but he took a bandage and played the match, and if he played in that match, where he lost his knee for many days and Pakistan lost the World Cup of 2022.

He also tried there to play but for running Knee is very important but he also played a very good ball at a very good speed but at that time, he got a very harsh feeling then he left to play that match.

Anwar Ali played so well in the end and almost won the game for KK by scoring 13 runs in five balls of last over. Even if KK wins yesterday game they won't be able to play the next round since four teams have already booked there spot that. Anyways its fun to watch exciting games in PSL.

Both teams qualified for the next stage this game will confirm who will play Qualifier and who will be in the eliminators.
The previous 4 matches prove to be the last ball thrillers and fans are expecting this match to follow the trend set in the previous 4 games.

Yesterday when Karachi Kings came to the bowling and Peshawar Zalmi came to the batting, we saw Daniel Sams doing the first over so that was such a magical over because of how the ball swung on his over.

Babar Azam and Saim Ayub both were failed to play against him but at the same time, it hurt to Karachi Kings because the ball swung too even keeper cannot understand where will ball will go and due to this Peshawar Zalmi team got many extras which helped to them to do good score. However when Babar Azam and Saim Ayub understood to his swing balls then Babar Azam hit drive to him and also Saim Ayub played well against him but Saim Ayub was out early so he could not play him more time.

Baber Azam continues to make another 50 and how many times we have seen him in International matches and the league matches where he stood for his team and made sure the team won the matches.

Babar completed his fifty but he got a chance more than 3 times, but after losing the wicket still he was not happy. In the dressing room, he dropped his bat and helmet hard on the floor which proved to us that he was in such an aggressive mood.

I think the main reason was, he needed 141 runs more to become the player who hit more runs than all in a season and now just 2 or 3 matches were left to make 141 runs and Babar Azam was in the mood to hit the best runs yesterday that allows him to achieve it easily but now he needs to play very well in the Semi-final. If he made 70 runs in a match and qualified for the final and again made 70 runs so he can chase this record of his own.

It seems like their strategy is to take the game down to the wire, making it thrilling till the end. I don't have any evidence to back up my thoughts, but it's possible.
The batting conditions were quite challenging, and a solid partnership was needed, which they managed to build. However, Peshawar Zalmi seemed to play slowly despite having enough wickets in hand. Ultimately, they managed to win the match, thanks to captain Babar Azam's innings leading the team. But the question remains: how long can Babar continue to carry them? To win the title, they need to play as a unit.
