That's a very sad story and it shows exactly why we shouldn't allow young people to engage with gambling. He was nine years old, FFS! What were his parents doing? It's the toughest fate if you win in that age, and that's what happened to Ritzenhein, the main character in the story. True, age restriction is  a good policy which I believe should be a stable law on all casinos especially online casinos. Gambling Addiction is same like a drug addict just that they consume different product with same urge for Dopamine Rush in the body.
