Easier said than done or not, that's still the right advice, we should not entertain any weakness, and the moment we say No with determination inclusive, that is the moment we start taking control of the situation. The issue with most people with emotion is that they continue to entertain it not minding the fact that emotion is a weakness, but the moment this mindset changes, they get to be healed of it. The same thing goes for those who are addicted to gambling, they can use that mindset to set themselves free.
