I know Australia are a good team but I don't they can actually the match the strength of this french women, I mean check out their style of play alone let's you how dangerous they can be and not to talk of their goal scoring capabilities and I know Australia are partially the host nation but even that isn't going to do them any good.

Australia playing at home in the quarter finals against France isn’t really going to help them bag the win. France is the better team of the two and would go ahead to bag the victory. I too don’t see them matching the strength and capabilities of the French as France plays better football than Australia and is predicted to win.
I’m not trying to underestimate Australia cause we’ve seen countless times in football where the underdogs would go ahead to win against a superior opponent. In this case, France is in my opinion, the stronger team and it would take more than playing at home for Australia to win the game.

I agree with all four of your predictions, although I would love to see Australia qualifying for the semi-finals. Getting two Asian teams in the semis would be great for the expansion of football (Japan and Australia). Spain vs Netherlands match is going to be close. In both men's and women's game, Netherlands is a declining team. And although England will be the favorites against Colombia, we should not underestimate CONMEBOL teams. But this year's edition has been quite bad for the Latin American teams. Colombia is the only remaining team.

Based on what I observed in England last match, I don't think Colombia can stop them in this quarterfinals because they have a potential defenders who has made the defensive secured and safe for their goalkeeper for the journey so far, and I believe they will use all their tools in this match to eliminate Colombia from the tournament. England strikers will definitely do what will make the team to reach semi-final because they have defeated so many strong teams, which they are still in a good position to make their fans happy in this match. I think, Japan will not allow Sweden to drop them in this point despite the potential players Sweden has in this season than to apply a new strategy that will create opportunity for them to defeat Sweden 1-0 to qualify for semi-finals.

I generally think you are right Colombia, but I think it's quite obvious to know who the favorite is and who is not. But Colombia has beaten Germany in the group stage and nobody thought that would be possible. Their last game against Morocco, which they lost 0-1, is not that important as Colombia didn't work as hard because they were quite safe due to their goal statistics.

But England will be warned and that makes it even harder for Colombia since I doubt that England will underestimate them. Though let's see if a little miracle can be possible here.

France has a lot of popularity in football and the French men's team is also very strong.  And the women's team is also performing very well. the stadium also holds a huge number of fans in France.  The excitement of the fans gives a lot of motivation to the players. It must be admitted that France is much stronger than Australia, so it is natural that the chances of France winning will be much higher than Australia.  But it cannot be guaranteed that France will win.  Because nothing is impossible in football

The highlighted team from joker_josue is potential to win in also my predictions. I am very optimistic about them. I don't watch women's football much and I don't have much experience in it. However from my experience it is predicted that NETHERLANDS, JAPAN, FRANCE, ENGLAND are the most likely teams. We used to think of women as very weak but they also play football in a very complex way which fascinates us a lot.  And that's why I've been watching women's football regularly this year

However, all the teams will try to play exceptionally well to advance from the quarter-finals to the semi-finals. As all the teams will attack well to reach the semi finals we can't make very good predictions but in my opinion.

This game is hard to guess the winner in it because of the very good display that both teams have put up in this competition so far. If we are to predict the game on the record of the teams in this competition, I will say Netherlands will win because they have not lost any game in this competition unlike Spain that has been defeated once and by so many goals by Japan in the last group stage games. Also, the game can also go Spain's way because of how ready they will be not loose again in this competition, and especially not at this stage that they are in.

My prediction is almost the same as yours it's just that I prefer Australia over France , both teams are equally strong especially France who just won by a big score in the last match but somehow I have the feeling to go to Australia. I have also checked the betting markets for these 4 matches we can see which teams are the favorites as in this screenshot but yeah this is only the bookie's prediction, they can't determine who will win, very suitable for making parlay bets total odds @22 if we put 4 teams into the parlay Spain, Japan, Australia and England.

My prediction that we will see only European teams in semifinal. I know that Sweden aren't favorites against Japan, but IMO it's very similar level teams and extra time and penalties is likely scenario too.

Should be a tough game for France indeed, going against the cohost in a knockout out phase, however Australia I don't see to be much of a huge threat in my opinion, and France would win this game anyways, I reckon.

France seemed to have found their team chemistry at the best time just before the end of the group stage, and they tend to be scoring goals at will now, and the same thing can be said of the Australian team, a team you'd expect to be of a tougher opponent that the French team last two opponent being Panama and Morocco, while Australia have face tougher, but France surely would be their toughest yet.

The bookies still have it on quite a close odds for both sides, ~3.50 for Australian and ~2.20 for France to win the game in regular time, I'd likely have my money on France, as the odds seem rather of decent value imo.

I didnt get to see Spain v Netherlands at 2am either. Its Spain who go through with a
2-1 win. Reading a match report with some stats reveals that Spain created more chances
on target with more possession than the Netherlands and where the Dutch were lacking
was up front. They played a counter-attacking style but really struggled on front of goal.
So there goes my second team and my bet.

Japan v Sweden up next and I'm still sticking with Sweden,
I agree also that it will be European teams into the semi finals.

Spain managed to win in extra time after normal time the score was still 1-1. An impressive performance by the Dutch who had fallen behind after the penalty prize for Spain was executed well in the 81st minute. I thought there would not be enough time for the Netherlands to make the game go longer but a goal in the first minute of injury time made this game have to go longer.
The Netherlands almost sent this game to penalties shoutout but their defense became a bit shaky when focused on attack so Spain saw their opportunity well.
Japan vs Sweden, Japan is the favorite in the quarterfinals and is even one of the favorites to win the title, but surprises are often interesting to look forward to because the Sweden team is playing pretty well. The odds for the two teams are not much different, so this will be a match where anything can possibly happen including having to go through penalty shootouts, and I think Sweden will appear surprising this time in this quarterfinal match, so that two teams from Europe will face each other in the semifinals.

Spain truly deserved this victory, and finally defeating Netherlands in extra time. Big congrats to Spain for confirming their spot in the semifinals! Spain is relentless. Just like their men's team, their women's team is causing problems for the Dutch side.

..BTW, Japan vs Sweden match is also coming up, and that is going to be an exciting duel as well. I would love to see Japan in the semi-finals (where they will face the winner from Spain vs Netherlands).

Spain/Japan match is bound to be intense. I've a feeling Japan is meant to win. I believe Japan will defeat Sweden. So, I'll be cheering for Japan in their upcoming match vs Sweden.
