Parralluelo's late minute shot at go would have doubled the lead for them and even if England can stand a chance at goal, it may be in the second half because in the first half they were playing like they are unsure.

Spain dominated the first half, very good midfield and tactics that easily found space through England Left wing. They played with three defenders, so Spain was able to find the spaces between them. England had very good chances to score but Spain were able to use their opportunities better in the game. England have switched to a back four in this second half, and Lauren James has been substituted in to have an effect. If Spain can control the possession and the game the way they did in the first half and find the chance to score another goal, it will be over for England.

The Spanish women are really good, they have given England more than they can handle in this game.

Spain have won the FIFA World Cup 1-0 against England. Congrats team Spain and England was the favourite for the year. There is big expectation on Nigeria, as the African team to be one among the semi finalist. Carmona made the goal in the 29^th minute and further Spain followed the defensive strategy. This made England unable to make goals. Anyhow one more new country gets added to the World Cup winners list.

Only one goal was scored in the final but the game between the two teams was very interesting to watch until the end. One of the English players got a head injury but she continued to play because she really hoped to help her team equalize and the second half in particular 10 minutes before the end plus extra time became a very high intense game, unfortunately, all the attacks that England did fail to equalize and they should be happy as only runners up.Interestingly enough, the number of spectators who watched the match at the stadium was quite a lot with the capacity of the stadium being 83,500 and the stadium screen showing that there were more than 75k people watching this match at the stadium, what was the effect of the increased number of prizes? because of course, the teams will play optimally so as to make the match interesting, like the fight for third place yesterday which turned out to be quite interesting and tight.

I second you on that, Spain outclassed England completely. As someone who has watched 3-4 of England's game in this tournament, their performance today is possibly the worst. At one point, I had to count the spain players on the pitch since it felt like there was too many red jerseys than light blue whether in England's half or Spain's half. Also considering the fact that Spain missed a penalty and pressured (with counter attacks) for the reminder of the second half simply showed class vs England. I had backed England since they won my country women, Nigeria and when they played against Australia - it was the worst I've seen them perform.

Congratulations to this Spain team. I absolutely loved their performance today. Lionesses were in locked down in every corner of the field.

It only takes the best to be victorious and in today's game Spain women has performed so well that even the England lioness couldn't beat their reach. Though England had quite a few chances to turn the game in their favour but they lacked the prowess in today's game unlike other games they had played in the tournament. I have always predicted of the spainish women having to win the WWC title 2023 right from when they qualified from the round of 16,  and it' wasn't a thing of surprise as they are now crowned the champions. Luck ain't in England side at all these years. Women national football team reached the final game at least while Men failed to do that. Spain is a good team and was expected to win by the way. The third place went to Sweden which was expected too according to bookies. I thought that Australia might do something since they are hosting this version of World Cup but this didn't occur.
