Actually Manchester United has a sizable budget and could buy Hojlund to join their club but everything also needs to be considered whether Hojlund can provide better development or not considering that the budget used to buy Hojlund can be used to buy other players who are better than Hojlund.

Taking al hilal's offer probably the best choice for mbappe right now. He will get the money he wanted and then he will also able to leave from al hilal next year with free agent. If Tottenham are not willing to sell Harry Kane, why should Bayern Munich make two offers that are still not accepted by Tottenham? I agree with you and I don't think they have either empty or small transfer budget for a new season. Are they interested in Hojlund or it is only rumor?

Personally I feel like it is rumor and not their actual interest on that striker who is not good enough for them. They don't need Hojlund who is not better than Martial and if they need a new striker, he must be better than Martial to combine with Rashford or to play as an alternative for Rashford. Hojlund does not have such quality and does not meet Manchester United need in this summer.

For Arsenal it's a tough test. Last season they haven't felt a moment like this one. Under the circumstances of a busy schedule in some competitions. So there should be an adjustment, and that has passed Arsenal in a few seasons. So Arteta must be ready to rotate players. Maybe he will fight a lot of fatigue and injury.
