Not sure what the real problem on Tottenham, they are actually strong enough and have some top players. But I assume Tottenham squad never become a deserve squad to win any title. Their defense and midfield line aren't strong enough to compete with strong teams like Man City, Arsenal, or even Man United. For the next season, they even aren't qualified for UCL or Europa league. Harry Kane must leave Tottenham if he wants to play in UCL.

I also think playing in Tottenham is no longer his comfort zone because it never hits Kane's expectation. I can't remember the last time Spurs played in the Champions League... Their best result was when they lost to Liverpool in the 2019 final... So you could say Kane has had good results with Spurs in the Champions League before, but not the best...
