Last season Sevilla was ranked 12th in the La Liga standings. In the 2022 season, Seville looks quite promising, being able to compete with Barcelona and Madrid. but last season they really performed badly. and now they're off to a much better start than last season.
However, we see that Sevilla is not good in La Liga competition. but they performed well in the Europa League. and even forced Man City to a penalty shootout in the European Super Cup.
Sevilla has a chance to qualify in the Champions League group phase. otherwise, they will return to the Europa League.

Sevilla was promising side but in last season they are having trouble due to off the field issues which ruin them, but good thing happen they able to win the Europa Cup and now having spot into Champions League with still we have uncertainty about them due to debit issues mostly feeling things are not into their favor with Arsenal and PSV currently having much better situation and these both can go through into next round from this group with Sevilla will try to make their mark into Europa Cup which is their favorite land for the better results.

Sevilla needs to be stabilized because with this no one can give them any favor Sergio Ramos is having good transfer in this bad time, but this is 11 players events, so one player can't bring positive results.

And although they were able to become champions in the Europa League, the fact is that this season they have performed poorly and even in La Liga they have not won even one of the 3 matches they played. This is no longer a natural problem, but a serious problem that they must quickly solve. And even if they can talk a lot in the Champions League, or return to winning the Europa League (if they are eliminated from the Campion League again) it will make a very bad impression if they cannot improve their performance in La Liga, because the big threat they face if they continue in this state is to be eliminated from La Liga by relegation this season.

Group F is going to be the toughest battle of all. All the teams in Group F are very strong so when the game is strong team vs strong team, the game will be much more interesting. Last season PSG was the same team as PSG this season but not the same team because psg team has changed a lot this season. All those stars with whom PSG dreamed of winning the Champions League have not won PSG. The best stars have left PSG, but Mbappe has been with PSG so far this season, along with the signing of Dembele from Barcelona, and the happiest news for PSG is that Luis Enrique is now in charge of PSG. I have not seen any match of AC Milan team so far. However, this team was able to perform fairly well in the last season. Hopefully the team coach will add some new players to this season's team to make the team extremely strong.

I think almost any team would have a certain reliance on Mbappe to score goals. Ultimately, this is his main job and the game often is about creating chances or space for him so that he can get close to the goal and seek the finish.

But when you mean there is too much reliance on Mbappe, that was also not very surprising although I think that Asensio is making a significant contribution to the PSG game as well.

Joining Group B with Arsenal, Lens and PSV will make Sevilla have to work hard, Sergio Ramos experience in this competition is really needed even though the veteran defender is no longer young.

The Champions League is not the right place for Sevilla even though they are regular representatives from La Liga but it is not their place.
I feel there will be several options and plans in this regard for Sevilla.
First, forcing them to qualify for the last 16 even though they will struggle and will fall in that phase or the quarter finals.
Secondly, they will take the same path as last season when they moved to the Europa League and focus there.

I'm not sure if you notice, right before Messi came to PSG, Paris Sent German club always perform better even though they don't make it to the final but the season of 21/22 and 22/23 were not a successful season in the Champions League, the two season ended in the group of 16. I'm not sure if they are going to pass that stage this season without Messi but who will give them that Dimaria and Neymar incredible contribution, those 3 first forward really did some great work back then before the club turn to hate one, maybe Mbape will pull a good one this time for the club.

Are you not realize, that last season also Sevilla played in the Champions League. In fact, last season Sevilla also played poorly in La Liga but what happened was, last season Sevilla managed to finish in third place in the final group G standings in the Champions League last season. Yes, Sevilla is quite tough in competitions other than their Domestic League. either they play a very strong defensive game when facing a fairly aggressive team. but Sevilla can always see a gap to make a deadly counterattack.

Group B is equally strong, including Sevilla as a team that will compete with 3 other teams. This season, in my opinion, Sevilla can qualify from the group stage.

What makes me think that Sevilla could get past the group stage in the Champions League is their Europa League performance from last season. Anything else was a big failure, their performance in La Liga was shameful sometimes. That's when nobody thought they could beat all those big names in the Europa League. One of the matches that cannot be missed is in group E which brought Lazio against Atletico. Previously in history the two teams had never faced each other in the champions league competition and this would be the first meeting for two strong teams from Italy and Spain. If you look at the achievements of both last season in each league, it is actually quite balanced in terms of the strength of these two teams. Maybe it will be very difficult to guess who will win this match and I think Atletico will be slightly superior this time. Atletico have consistently had more experience in this competition and for Lazio it's their first time after 3 seasons out.

To see who is stronger, there may not be any head to head references available for these two teams in the Champions League, so determining the winner of one of them will be much more difficult. However if take a closer look at the team's strengths, Atletico Madrid is superior to Lazio because they often play in the Champions League.
