Tuchel, Tuchel, Tuchel, what i have to think? Man this Bayern Munich is one of the worst i can remember since 2000, is a team who is not a Bayern clasic team, they lack every thing, i know they have a lot of injurys but come on, you cant lose against a super weak Lazio.

I still think they are gonna go trought in home a easy win but come on....

In my opinion. Actually, Bayern Munich's current problem lies with its coach Tuchel. As you said Bayer Munich is a giant club, this is a fact. Neuer is still performing well after recovering from injury, this is also a fact. And Kane is the world's top striker at the moment, this is also a fact. I'm not a fan of Munich. But in my opinion, Tuchel has really shown that he is not worthy of coaching Bayern Munich, it's as simple as that.

In the first leg match against Lazio, apart from successfully beating Bayern Munich, they also had zero shots on target against Lazio. Lazio was able to fire 4 shots on target, it must be admitted that typical Italian defense was very good in this match.
It's true, after beating Lazio in the first leg, Bayern Munich still has a chance in the second leg. However, now many people doubt that Bayern Munich will remain a candidate to win this season after losing to Lazio. And the saddest thing is, if Bayern Munich collapses in the round of 16, it means that Kane's hopes of winning his first trophy will be dashed again.

Of course completely, when a clubs not doing well, there's either issues with the Management, Manager or the players playing for the club. But, right now it's has got to be from the manager Thomas Tuchel and his tactics because if they're working effectively it'll definitely show up in how they've been playing in the Champions League and Bundesliga League Competition.

You obviously didn't watch the game against Lazio only judging from whatever you must have read online, I mean flashscore. Lol. Shots on target and possessions are completely useless if you cannot utilize em to decide how a game ends. Sad nights for Bayern Munich I must say.
Whenever I sit to reflect on the game, all I see is the same way Bayern Munich was knocked out of the Champions League Competition by Villarreal years ago.

It was such a smooth performance by PSG against Real Sociedad.    I didn't even understand why their odds were near 1.70 before the game. I know how inconsistent PSG were in the group stage. But they were still doing pretty good in home games you know. Because of their strong look in those games I wanted to trust PSG with my bet as well.

PSG won comfortably in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 first leg. Real Sociedad's defense was strong in the first half, but things changed in the second half. PSG looks strong enough to beat Real Sociedad, and I don't think a draw is likely in the return leg.

I was really indecisive about adding Bayern Munich too but didn't later on. It was a close call really because they played horrible. There were many wasted opportunities and there wasn't even a shot on goal by them.  

Bayern Munich is in poor form, but we'll have to wait and see what happens in the second leg. Bayern needs to step up their game in the second leg, or they'll be knocked out.

Tipping the winners of champions league now might not really be achievable unless after this knockout stages because some of the clubs you listed above may not actually make it to the next round.

Instead of scoring a goal, one of the Bayern Munich players actually got a red card and Laizo was awarded a penalty kick. With that penalty, of course that Lazio managed to score a goal and lock the 1-0 win until the end of the match. Obviously, a result like this is a very disappointing result because yes, basically Bayern Munich still has better quality but still, Bayern Munich failed to beat Lazio in this first leg.

I hate it when I lose a bet because a team fails so miserably. I mean don't get me wrong, when I bet on a game that I know there is a risk, I am fine with it but it has to be like a team worked hard and still lost. I have wagered against big name clubs too before, so losing was normal in those cases.

But, when I see a team like Bayern, who should get the win and still lose, because they lacked the effort, that makes me feel furious. They didn't even try, they have been horrible, the yare just broken. I mean at this stage I am starting to believe that the Kane curse is actually very real, it looks like he is not that good at all, and it could be very dangerous for the whole team as well. Look how terrible their results have been in all competitions since he joined.

Even though that was only a myth but i think that sometime it's funny enough to see that. It seems like that bayern gets unlucky caused by it was not seeing its opponent as a strong club. Bayern has been getting perfect result in the UCL but it's surprising me to see that how bayern was getting bad result right now.
Lazio has a chance to win the gmae and i hope that the second leg will be good enough for lazio. Lazio must have used parking buss strategy and it must be playing low block against bayern munich.

Despite Lazio's inconsistency in the Italian Serie A since the start of the season, they did not allow that to get the better of them as they produced a great performance against Bayern Munich to win the first leg of their round of 16 tie in the UEFA Champions League competition.

I wish I didn't add Bayern Munich to win to my parlay also.    I hoped to see a day with no surprise results again but I shouldn't have been very optimistic about that. I was confident about PSG but was having second thoughts about Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich just showed a terrible performance last night. 17 shots but 0 on target...

They wasted unbelievable goal chances also. Upamecano's very dangerous foul just brought their end. I think he definitely deserved the red card there even though it wasn't intentional.

Probably we will watch a way better Bayern Munich in Germany but there is no return for my loss.

Of course it is advantage to Lazio going into the second leg of this tie, and with how inconsistent Bayern have been this season, absolutely anything can happen. Bayern Munich were obviously the favorites in this tie when the draw was made, but that advantage has shifted to the Italian side and now they have a chance of causing a huge upset.

Having said that, the good thing for Bayern is that this second leg is in the Allianz Arena, with their fans, so Lazio have a lot of work to do if they are going to go through. I just pray this Bayern Munich game don't end in a draw, like I don't understand what's going on with the German side, no shots on target. This is the first time I'm experiencing this from the Bayern Munich side, even if they'll win the second leg, to me I don't feel they have what it takes anymore to even qualify to the next round.

Tuchel has made Bayern Munich look bad. I have been saying it since he got hired. Hiring Tuchel was a bad decision. Firing Nagelsmann was a bad decision, but they made a bad decision worse by hiring Tuchel.
I don't understand how his team plays but they're not convincing. He excelled with Chelsea and won the Champions League but I guess that was a purple patch. Tuchel's best football was at PSG and even there he had a lot of loopholes.

Tuchel will get sacked at Bayern Munich at the end of the season. The only way he can keep his job is if he wins the Champions League and I doubt that would happen. Then there's the fact that he's 5 points behind in the league. It's not looking good for him at all.

The Barbarians alone knows why they fired Nagelsmann, he had a wonderful record and again the Bayern Munich board knows best that's why they went for Tuchel, for me not that they wanted him (Thomas Tuchel) is just that they were just desperate to get a coach who has been in the final of the champions league before (with a good record) and Tuchel is the available man for the job. You shouldn't blame the coach of the side of their failure of not doing well and remember he was the one who got them last season league trophy.
Tuchel has been doing well in all clubs he went to except for Dortmund, coming to Chelsea where he got fired has been a mystery to me, because I can't figure out why a man who won a club one of the biggest trophy in Europe (Champions League) got fired, he's a good coach and I don't see why he should be blamed for Bayern Munich carelessness this season, is just time for the bigger boys to take a bow for the other clubs to take control of the league for ones, that's what's happening.
But if you ask me if Tuchel can win the UCL (for Bayern) or even get to the finals I'll say no way because they're not the Bayern of 2 seasons ago and I like it this way for the smaller clubs to also compete for the title not only the big boys.

Well, this is the unique thing about football, we didn't even think that Bayern would lose in the match against Lazio. as we know, Di Rotten lost, conceding a penalty goal from Ciro Immobile in the 69th minute. referring to statistics, it shows that Bayern Munich was only able to take 17 kicks throughout the match without a single shot on target. in fact, Harry Kane admitted that Bayern Munich appeared disappointing in the second half. with this result, my predictions failed miserably regarding Bayern Munich. I didn't think the result would be like this. To be honest, I didn't watch this match. however, referring to match statistics, Bayern controlled more than 61% of ball possession.

On the other hand, Lazio was lucky to get a penalty kick. Ciro's only goal was from the penalty spot, bringing Lazio to win last night's battle. even in terms of opportunities, Lazio is much better than Bayern Munich in this match. I'm quite sure, there are many of us who experienced defeat in the Lazio vs Bayern Munich match. in the second leg, like it or not, Thucel will have to defeat Lazio at the Alian Arena with a landslide score. thus, Bayern has the right to qualify for the next phase. otherwise, Tuchel's position with the Bavarians will be threatened.

Well the UCL always has it’s big surprises in every stage of the knockout round and the result yesterday was probably the beginning. No one would have thought of Bayern losing that match as the worst they could have gotten was a draw. It turned out that Bayern lost and truly That Thomas isn’t really what the Bayern team needs as his tactics isn’t doing the any good. A team like Bayern having zero shot on target is very disappointing and I know it would  have caused a lot to some persons who would have placed a bet on them.

 Well Lazio were Lucky as luck is stil very much part of football but their luck will mean more work from Thomas in order to get Bayern to the last 8 else I don’t see him remaining at the club if they fail to qualify pass this round of the competition. Tuchel wil need to emply a more better option if he truly wants to see his team go through to the next stage else his job is at stake.

I thought PSG would struggle to score even one goal against Sociedad. Real Sociedad is not good enough to compete with PSG, even in their next game, after watching their performance against PSG, I think PSG will still win.

There is a possibility of different levels if you compare several sectors with the PSG squad and Real Sociedad players, PSG is filled with expensive players and has top names while Real Sociedad only has a few players who are expected by the Real Sociedad coach, and that is very different. If you look at the match between the two clubs, of course most people will be favored by PSG, maybe in this match Real Sociedad will only be underestimated by football observers, so of course there will be differences in the quality of the game.

IMO, currently PSG's performance is starting to find its rhythm. I think the red card Bayern had influenced their loss because the goal that gave Lazio a victory over Bayern came in immediately after the red card so that showed tht at that point the res card did had some good impact on the Bayern Munich team but then their performance had been poor all along before the red card and goal.

Going by this results, Bayern now have a very little chance of winning the champions league this season because if the meet Lazio for the second leg, they will need a win and at least two goals difference to qualify over Lazio as a draw will not help, Bayern may end this season without a trophy as all their chances seem to be closing down due to their current form and Lazio may be lucky to get pass the round of sixteen but I doubt if they will last beyond the quarter finals, they may be knocked out by another team because their performance isn't that brilliant enough to think they will be able to really end up winning the champions league nso currently we have only Manchester city and Real Madrid as the though team who stands a chance at the champions league title.
