Quite the day in UCL last night right ?

Personally , I had PSV to qualify over Dortmund as I really can't see German football being in top3 right now but I got it wrong and both Bayern and Dortmund are present in last top 8.

Inter , who last year played the finals , managed to get eliminated by ATL.Madrid and overall , Madrid really deserved to qualify because they played way better than Inter last night but also Simmeone found a way to make actually block Inzaghi and his style.

On the last place , Oblak is indeed a great keeper and it's always a tradition for ATL.Madrid to actually have top goalkeepers in their team.

OMG what a comeback by Atletico Madrid!

Lose in the first leg and down by two goals, but they still able to equalize the points and win the penalty, what a mentality by Atletico Madrid. Atletico Madrid can't be underestimated anymore since they can make a runner up in the previous season can't qualify for quarter final.

In the past, Atletico Madrid was a team that was quite feared. But last season they couldn't even get past the group stage. So certainly not many people will think that they can beat Inter Milan, who have been very solid this season in Serie A. And Inter Milan is also the team that managed to reach the final last season in the UCL. So it is natural that many are surprised by Atletico Madrid's success in stopping Inter Milan in the round of 16. Now Atletico Madrid just needs to think about how they can advance further and face a strong team in the quarter-finals.

Atletico Madrid's recent UCL history and Inter Milan's strong Serie A performance made me fear their prospects against Inter Milan. They proved myself and many others wrong! Atletico Madrid performance in last night's match was really quite impressive where their performance was able to make it difficult for Inter Milan. Well, actually Inter milan had the capital to win from the first leg but that wasn't enough because Atletico were able to score two goals until the score ended in a draw. The penalty shootout round was not in Inter milan favor where they failed to finish well and they had to be eliminated in last night's match.

Apart from that, several teams from Serie A representatives had to be eliminated early where Napoli, Inter Milan and Lazio had to give up on the opponents they faced. So, we have seen the teams that have progressed to the quarter-finals where teams from Laliga dominate with three representatives and the Premier League with two representatives and the Bundesliga with two representatives and Ligue 1 only PSG. I want to see the extent of PSG good performance this season because they have quite strong strength this season.

Atletico Madrid taught Inter a valuable lesson in today's match, showing the attitude and mentality that must continue to be fought for. Dortmund always have a good record in the Champions League, so I believe they will get the win over PSV at home because their opponent are not good enough when it comes to Champions League. PSV attempts a lot to score goals, but they are not good enough to win. The advantage of playing at home is that they draw the first leg at PSV's home field, Dortmund wins the second leg with two goals, and PSV was unable to score any goals. Sancho has scored two goals to give them the victory in their last two games. He scored the first goal in just three minutes of play. Dortmund is playing well, but not well enough to win any trophy this season.

IMO, Dortmund was lucky to take the lead with a quick goal scored by Jadon Sancho in the 3rd minute. however, if Dortmund doesn't score quickly, it's likely that this match will be quite tough. but actually it seems like this match was quite exciting if you refer to statistics, because PSV put up quite an exciting match in this match. they dominated ball possession, had 17 shots, 7 of which were on target, 2 big chances, 1 shot hit the post. Likewise referring to tactical reasons, PSV is slightly better than the home team. overall, Peter Bosz's squad put in a strong performance. however, the efforts they made were unable to produce a goal in this match.

On the other hand, this match is also as I predicted. if Ezin Terzic's squad will win this match. and yeah, Dortmund played well in this match. unfortunately, this victory seems to have come at a high price. because, it seems that Jardon Sancho had problems with injuries in last night's match. however, the player who became the Man of the Match in this match was Gregor Kobel, the Dortmund goalkeeper who did a very brilliant performance. That's right, previously I predicted Inter would advance to the quarter finals, unexpectedly ATM was able to turn things around and in the end victory was on their side. Dortmund are playing at home so they are of course at the top because they have greater motivation, especially with the first leg aggregate being 1-1 so this is one of the advantages that Dortmund must take advantage of but it is true that they have qualified for the top 8 representing Germany with two clubs now.

I think that Inter Milan will qualify because they only need to defend with a draw, but it is not strong no matter how strong the attack from Atletico Madrid is so strong Inter Milan's defense still has difficulty defending for a long time so maybe they are a little weak.

Not really my man, everybody wants to qualify for the Champions League Competition next season you see, infact Atletico Madrid was just the club that lost during the weekend to Cadiz as th y went ahead to beat them two goals to nothing.

And as for Inter Milan, they're not not just very strong, they're by far the best attacking side in all of Seria A as they go on with twelve points chasing and figuring out means to win the Scudetto League Competition by the end of this very season. They're the strongest and they couldn't beat Atletico Madrid? I'm also tipping the name Napoli to beat them come weekend as they travel to San Siro to face them.

And why do I feel like Arsenal would get the Champions League finals? Do you also think Mikel Arteta has got this one? I can vouch for gunners in the Premier League Competition a hundred percent but absolutely not the Champions League Competition.

We have to admit how superior Arsenal rose in the second leg, even though Arsenal won with difficulty but in the end the fans could smile after so long they waited to be able to qualify again for the last 8 of the Champions League, Arsenal struggle I think was quite tough and even in that match it was seen throughout the game Arsenal continued to get great pressure from the Porto attackers and fortunately for Arsenal to have Raya under their crossgoal in the match

Arsenal also actually had many opportunities to score more than 1 goal in the match and even after winning 1 goal through trossard goals, Arsenal had actually scored through odeggard but unfortunately the goal was disallowed by the referee due to a foul , Porto extraordinarily solid defense made Arsenal attackers quite frustrated and even I saw Pepe was able to build a layered defense to maintain Porto's defense Stay tough throughout the game.
Quite happy to see Arsenal can continue their journey in the Champions League season and curious enough to see which strong team will be their next opponent later.

The UCL is the major elite competition with clubs across Europe participating and that’s why you see all clubs in that tournament always wanting to have top spot and top notch performance because of the kind of audience that competition holds. From that competition many players achieve their dream signings and have the opportunity to play for their dream clubs. The Round of 16 of this competition was rounded up this week and we saw some top notch performances that we didn’t expect or should I say that we consider to be upsetting the big teams. This is a norm in the UCL as we always see the least considered tean always doing the wonders and securing qualification past the major team.

 In the match between Arsenal and FC Porto, little did we expect that match to go to extra time especially as so many of us thought Arsenal will be thrashing out Porto with some huge number of goals. Well Arteta boys got the win at 90 minutes but that wasn’t enough to end the game there. Porto too performed better than they did at their home as they came to give Arsenal a run for their money and that was one of the major reasons why we saw this match going to extra time and even to the penalty shoot out.

 Arsenal need to be grateful to Raya who was able to pull up some saves in the match and also during the shoot out because him not being there could have been a different story already for the Gunners. Now they’re through to the last 8 and I think this is the first in over 14-15 years and you can see the joy from the fans. Well, I think the attack needs to be more productive in this phase cause now we’ve got the competition getting more stronger and top teams still remaining and ready to battle it. Congratulations to Arsenal for still staying top of the league and on their Quater Final Spot.

Inter really struggled throughout the second leg, I even dare say they were lucky to get through to extra time because Atletico Madrid failed to convert their last chance at the end of the second half. In the end, Atletico Madrid managed to qualify for the quarter-finals after fighting hard throughout the match, but the penalty shootout was 50/50 for both of them and they were really able to make the most of it.

This season 3 La Liga teams dominate the quarter finals where Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have secured their places. The Bundesliga has two representatives where Dortmund and Bayern Munich also managed to qualify, followed by two Premier League teams, namely Manchester City and Arsenal, who also reached the same round. PSG are the only Ligue 1 team to have reached this stage, but it is difficult to call them favorites.

There were two matches today in the Champions League but one of them disappointed me and luckily I didn't place a multi bet on today's Champions League match. Dortmund played according to my expectations, he played very well in this match by scoring 2 goals without reply so that made me win in my bet. I also predicted that Dortmund could definitely beat PSV because Dortmund had a very big chance in this match so was no doubt for me to bet on Dortmund. Once again, congratulations to Dortmund, they have finally qualified for the quarter-finals.



Meanwhile Inter Milan actually disappointed me in today's match for a club like Inter Milan which last season was able to reach the final but this season was eliminated before reaching that. Actually I know that this is quite a tough match for Inter Milan because they are facing the elite club Atletico Madrid and this club is not easy to beat but I think with Inter Milan's stronger performance compared to last season Inter Milan will still be able to get rid of Atlettico Madrid but It turns out that Inter Milan wasn't able to do much in this match. I thought after creating 1 aggregate it would add another aggregate but it turned out that Atletico Madrid created more aggregates. That's why I didn't place a multi bet in today's match because it was quite difficult to determine the match between Atlettico vs Inter.

That's good to see that you were putting separate bets for these matches. It's hard to believe that Intermilan was losing in this game, considering that many people talked about the superiority owned by Intermilan, but it can be broken by Atletico Madrid with its very consistent club. Intermilan did some mistakes and i must admit that if intermilan is not having good skills to execute penalty properly. The chance for Intermilan to get a lot of trophies at the same time has vanished with the loss against Atletico Madrid last night. Unbelievable result to see that how intermilan was under perform. Atletico madrid deserved it to win the penalty since intermilan bottled some shoots.

Never expect intermilan to play like shit against atletico madrid, i lost my bet and yeah this sucks. I never think intermilan changed its gameplay a lot. It seems like that whole of intermilan's players should have trined how to execute the penalties properly.
They are playing so damn good in scoring through open play but they are all flopp in executing the penalty which is very bad for the club when it comes to a fierce battle like this. Diego simeone should have learned a lot from this.

Time for simeone to fix the problems owned by the club especially when it came to the penalty.
