I don’t know what Maresca was thinking when he said they won’t be signing another striker. Seriously Jackson poor performance affected Chelsea performance last season, Chelsea do dominate matches, they do create chances, but the only problem which they were having last season was that they don’t have striker which will be able to convert those chances which they had into goals.

Enzo Maresca saying Chelsea wouldn’t sign another striker then was just simply a way of trying to support Jackson then and not throw under the bus, many managers do this to help boost the striker confidence and probably see if it will help the striker back to their best but I am sure it was Enzo Maresca that actually requested another striker, it was seriously clear that Jackson wasn’t fit to lead Chelsea attack alone and it was the reason why he was dropped in games last season due to his performance. This season the signing of Other strikers most especially Joao Pedro has actually made it clear where there missing piece is.

Although Chelsea seems to be complete with this new strikers I think Chelsea in the long run will have a defense problem, currently I don’t actually rate their two center backs high and it got worse after Collwill injury. For now the team is not showing signings of having this problem because of the brilliance back up that Caicedo is providing  at the defensive midfield position, should Caicedo gets injured today Chelsea will have to suffer more.

Anyway, the latest news on Chelsea is that Nico Jackson will definitely be leaving Chelsea as soon as possible. He's no longer at Chelsea, and Chelsea have several new signings from CFs, and there are plenty of CFs there. And right now, the club most desperate to land that center forward is Aston Villa.

Definitely, before the match started, it was thought that the Blues might be able to bring a positive result in this match, so I think togetherness was the key to the recent win against West Ham. Chelsea really played well yesterday and I don't think you can fault them in any moment. I was skeptical about the match because of how they played against Crystal Palace and also the fact that Westham lost the first match, so I was expecting a competitive match. Chelsea did not just win, but they also dominated the game. I think they are on the right part and for Westham they really need to sit up, imagine conceding 8 goals in two matches. Graham Potter needs to go back to the drawing board and make thing right.

It’s a game that I expected Chelsea to win, Because if you watched West Ham last game against Sunderland who are a newly promoted team in the Premier League, beating West Ham 3 goals to nothing, this West Ham team is a very boring team to watch and they lacked ambition, they didn’t strengthen their team during the transfer window, and if they didn’t start trying to get players into the club, and trying to strengthen the team I see them getting relegated and they will continue to be beaten each and every week that passes in the Premier League, I must say it wasn’t an impressive performance from Chelsea they only meet a team that isn’t good enough. By the way they don’t have a good goalkeeper and they will be a problem for them if they fail to Change that goalkeeper.

Seriously, right before the match starts, everyone was having hope for Chelsea to bring out a positive result against West Ham, and indeed, they tried as much as they could to make it possible by winning the game with many goals. Although was stated that they don’t think West Ham can beat Chelsea with how their last game went poorly against Sunderland, I didn’t believe it till after I saw the excellent results of the match tonight.

So this proves to us that Chelsea's performance has gradually improved. I think with this their performances, if they are able to keep it up in that way, they will have more chances to score more goals, also accumulating more points in order for them to get the higher chances of getting the top spot this season.

Chelsea vs West Ham match was definitely a favorite and they started the game as favorites and finished the game with full points. Considering the way Chelsea performed in the first match of the Premier League, I had this prediction that maybe Chelsea will win this match against West Ham by 2-1 or 2-0 goals but the winning margin is 5-1. Chelsea has really performed much better in the second match compared to the first match of the Premier League. Since Chelsea has already won the first two matches, they are currently at the top of the points table and they will have to try to maintain this position until the end of the season. Maybe the big obstacles for Chelsea this season can be teams like Manchester City and Liverpool but if they perform well together, they will be able to defeat these big teams. I wasn't expecting this result to be honest, after seeing how they started off last weekend, now Lost 0-2 to the hands of Tottenham isn't a good start as a big team we used to know them over fellow big teams, it signals weakness over other big teams after they couldn't manage hold Tottenham at their home soil, it means Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool has the potential of winning them too if this is how they'll handle the big clubs this season. Your ability to defeat, or draw a big team is what rates a club higher.

Last night rain of goals from Chelsea at London against West Ham today Manchester City steal the show at Manchester things are heated up for season with big guns are also ready with their lethal weapons which will fire on every week in Premier League.

Today things were on balance but Thomas Frank and his team stun the soccer fans with their performance which was deserved to be had three points after putting Manchester City in hot waters one of the best game in early rounds of this season. The match was still underway, the second half hadn't even begun, but we all knew who would emerge victorious. In fact, West Ham performed quite well and managed to spring a surprise by taking an early one-goal lead over Chelsea in the sixth minute. Manchester City lost to Tottenham with a very poor performance, with all the players Manchester City signed they find it difficult to defeat Tottenham, even a single goal Manchester City can not score against Tottenham, Manchester City had a lot of chances and they couldn’t score a single goal, this is a disappointing performance from all the players, the defeat should be blame on all the players not only the goalkeeper that made a mistake of the second goal because if the players are serious they will use the chances they had to equalize the goals and win or draw the game.

If Manchester City does not win a trophy this season, Pep Guardiola should leave the team, I believe it is the best option for the manager before he becomes a laughing stock in the Premier League.
