My first three clubs to dominate the Premier League Competition would be;
Arsenal.
Manchester City and then
Manchester United. Gunners has all it takes to win the Premier League Competition. They're yet to make a decision with signing a striker, if they should bring in a player that's experience, I'd champion the move for toe names ( Alexander Isaak and Ivan Toney )  they have good knowledge of the Premier League Competition and will bring a quick and massive impact to Arsenal.

Arsenal have always failed in the last two seasons when they had to compete with Manchester City in the race for the title, so fans have high hopes of seeing Arsenal be even better next season, Arsenal failure to win the Premier League this season is due to the consistency factor they have in dealing with the schedule which is busy, so Arsenal should start bringing in several new players, especially central strikers, to be able to create squad depth that is capable and able to compete even though they face a busy schedule in the domestic league and Champions League next season.

There is a big possibility that the names of the two clubs Arsenal and Manchester City could become competitors again, but this is not the case with Manchester United because last season they only finished in 10th place in the Premier League and far from Chelsea's ranking with their less consistent performance but they were able to finish in  6th place is certainly far from the achievements of football observers. Looking at Ten Hag's performance, it is not impossible that they will experience setbacks if Ten Hag always relies on his big ambition and ego towards players, that is one of the reasons why I do not agree with your prediction which says Manchester United will be able to become  competitors from the three big clubs.

You're sounding very negative to the todd boehly. As a club owner with almost zero knowledge about football, and todd boehly deserves more time to learn how to not to be scammed by buying an average player with very expensive price. And todd boehly does it now, he slowly learns from his mistake last season.

Chelsea's balance sheet is balancing now. It shows todd boehly is trying slowly, but surely understand it properly about how not to overspend during the transfer season. And todd boehly will not repeat the same mistake when he spent 600 millions and got nothing as the return.  

Todd boehly do not allow his managers to be incharge of the signing of players and this causes the bad signing they always have.

Injuries caused alot of damage but this season they might not be good signings too. It is not about signing players but can you assemble the perfect team to challenge for the title because Arsenal and Manchester city are going to strengthen their squad this season and it would not be an easy fight for the title.

As far as I can tell, many loaned players are coming back to Chelsea. If Maresca is smart enough, he can mix and match the players who returned from their loan to make a perfect team. Then, they can compete with Arsenal and City for the title.

I feel like Chelsea is going to be the most active team in this transfer window among top teams of the league. Boehly likes to spend a lot of money every window. Especially after bringing a new manager there would surely be some names Enzo Maresca would also like to see in his team. Like they have signed Dewsbury-Hall already.

What Guardiola has achieved so far is one of the most spectacular achievements of a coach, so is it absolutely because of his greatness?
Of course we don't know because all this time Guardiola has continued to be able to achieve every impressive achievement when he was there and coached financially strong teams, Previously, Guardiola was able to win many championship trophies with Barcelona when Barcelona was still a financially strong team, but will he is currently back at barcelona and helping barcelona like xavi once did?

Do you think the entire Chelsea can listing to any advice when they are after spending money, and that money is the one that is confusing them, as you said earlier they will be thinking that money can give them what they want, and their stage if money reach it can no work for there. Gunners are my number choice, God in heaven knows I'm tired of seeing Manchester City winning the Premier League Competition, I would love to see another club gunning for the Premier League Competition this season and Mikel Arteta and his lads, are my best pick. They fail to win it this time and I don't know when they'll be able to win it again. No much comments about Manchester City, everybody knows how great they have been since the name Josep Pep Guardiola was handed the job.

As per Manchester United, I respect your opinion but I see things differently. I know the past informs us about the future but Erik Ten Hag is not a back manager, y'all do as if setbacks aren't part of every top managers job. They will do better than they did last season, they're trying to raise the bar high, set the standards higher and making sure they finish off better than they did last season. I likened the new owners to be the new glazers but, they have been supportive. When you pay attention you'd see the big moves they have made.

There is nothing about Ego and Ambition, I wonder what y'all would have said if it was the same time Sir Alex Ferguson had disagreement with players like Roy Keane, David Beckham and Ruud Van Nistelrooy included.

It is like Manchester City won't ever be a poorer team than this unless they lose their rich owner.    The owner really knows who to bring to manage this team. Guardiola is a superb choice for them.

After he leaves I wouldn't still expect them to have big difficulties in finding a replacement. They don't have money problem. They can easily meet their future manager's demands. I think your guess is right of what Pep Guardiola's plans are "to dominate the Champions League the way Real Madrid did" If he can achieve that, I believe he would think of a way to move to another club or resign as the best coach of the world. Pep Guardiola going to the Asia league would be the last thing on his mind because he likes to be the center attraction of football news of how he dominates a league and participating in the Champions League. All the same, I don't know whether he will choose the route of going to the Asia League next, to dominate that end. At least it will be in history as the only coach that has dominated many leagues

Pep is definitely becoming bored at Man City except challengers comes in domestically he might just choose to stay for sometime and grow tired again while I believe there are still club who will want to terminate their current coach contract if Pep desire to leave is notably PSG which is the club I think will do everything in their power to get him since all they want now is to finally win the Champions league and Pep might just be the man to make that dream come true and also they have the finance to give him the players he wants.

It is undeniable that for now money is one of the factors to make a change for the club, but it needs to be realized that in the end money will not have a big impact if in the end the management of poor management.
At the moment it is actually not only Chelsea who really have to reflect and improve their current condition but this also applies to Newcastle because seeing from their current condition, Chelsea and Newcastle are actually equipped with quite abundant finances, it's just that they can't utilize it properly because of the lack of competence possessed by management.

He loves to win and goes beyond all means to achieve such heights, and he would do so. But he won’t leave city to improve another club for sure. I believe he will manage city for a few more seasons and will go for international football after that. His future is definitely going to be exciting.

They're over spending which is not wise, and the names brought in are not experienced not even good enough, they'll need time, they have to adapt because the Premier League Competition ain't a easy place to be.
They should take time to review the failures and wins they had last season at most in the Premier League Competition, then they fill up necessary areas, rather than go make unnecessary moves for players who aren't worth it.
My advice to all Chelsea fans would be not to have high expectations ahead of the season, they should lower whatever expectations they have and hope for the best of the best.

I'm keen to see how quickly Enzo Maresca would be able to get his first team. I double doubt he'll be able to do that during Pre-season because not all players are currently present.
The plans wouldn't go well and he'll definitely place blames on the coach again. He should allow those who knows how to do the job to do their jobs.

Getting a concrete goalscorer is all they need this season, they fail to do that and they'll definitely crumble.

I think it is very difficult in the midst of tight competition in the Premier League and so far the only ones challenging Man City's title are top clubs such as Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea.
But even though there are new arrivals, the atmosphere is still the same, one day Pep will definitely leave Man City because he has been with the club for 8 years and if his contract expires, it will be 9 years. Maybe he will add an option for 1 year again to make it even 10 years

I think that even though PSG can recruit coach Pep Guardiola, it doesn't necessarily mean that PSG will win the UCL title because so far PSG has not lacked in recruiting great coaches who have experience in the UCL, but the fact is that these coaches can't do it even though they spend a lot of money to recruit the players they need it depends on their overall performance.

I see Pep Guardiola as a genius coach with many tactics and strategies to play. I think Pep has really mastered modern game tactics that are pragmatic and rely on team collectivity. But the problem is that Pep must have players who can carry out their respective roles and usually players like that have high value. I don't think we can say that Pep doesn't have challenges because he chose a club that is very rich. In fact, the club asked Pep. And Pep can prove his capacity by winning the title and even treble winner. That's a feat not all managers can achieve and IMO that's the challenge Pep wants.

Guardiola may always accept challenges from a wealthy team and that doesn't mean he just wants to deal with a big team but only in that way can guardiola have a more brilliant career with the team he manages and as a professional coach will usually have a wise decision before dealing with a new team because if he fails, it can lower his reputation as a reliable coach.



And now there's no other purpose but to stay with Man City to wait for the other big team to give him an offer but that doesn't guarantee that he'll quit the team. But at least Guardiola still has the desire to win another UCL title like last season and give him the best memories before he left Man City.
