Pep Guardiola is a very intelligent man and an extreme strategist. His stay at Manchester city is one of his biggest stress mentally. Trying to manage players from lookwarm to star players and back to decline. Pep Guardiola has raised many stars who he gradually started introducing into games until they became starters and he also monitors closely. During each game, I think he gets so worked up far above his counterparts and I may even say he's also emotionally attached to the team that he only wants to win. His strategies have paid off excellently and I can say that he definitely needs like a year off the coaching business to get enough rest or possible rehabilitation. I wish him luck and if he returns the to the sidelines, he would be relieved and more relaxed if possible.

He established all by himself and his legal team of strategist, a monopoly of formation no other team ever thought of using across leagues in the world, achievements like this take up serious amount of brain power to make it work, not on a one time term, continuously for a decade. He wants rest, his body can't lie about this, his obedience to this demand is what makes him a genius, knowing when to stop, after winning multiple titles and trophies. If Arteta could devise strategies he is able to twist from time to time, Arsenal will do much more than they performed previously, in the next season. Coming back again with his defensive playing pattern will hurt is growth by far, and diminish the number of matches he'd win, because everyone already knows Arsenal with playing defense alone.

Change is constant. Since the haram system gave them what they want last season, this will be time to increase the volume. Instead pf pure haram football. Arteta will include a touch of free flowing style which will be done with the recent signing for the club this summer. His defense is perfect, it can withstand any attack in Europe football. regardless  I have faith  in Alonso I think he's a good coach  but I hope the club owners  allows  him to do his job effectively without  any interference with that Chelsea  could  comeback  really  strong to compete  with the top six team in the next  season coming.

Alonso will probably be given the freedom to buy and sell players. Chelsea spent a lot of money on players last season too. And the amount is probably more than 350 million. Despite spending such a large amount of money, Chelsea finished the season in tenth place in the points table. Alonso is a talented manager. He led Leverkusen to the Bundesliga title. If Chelsea gives Alonso enough time, freedom and funds, then maybe Chelsea will also fight for the Premier League title in the next few seasons.

This is inseparable from their result in the final against PSG yesterday. In that match they did as you mentioned after scoring a goal they didn't put up any resistance but instead immediately defended ultimately conceding albeit from a penalty kick.

But it is clear that in that match they made a small mistake by defending instead of attacking so it is natural for them to currently receive criticism from all parties it is clear that their supporters are disappointed with what they did during the final match because previously in the EPL competition they never played defensively so the question that needs to be asked is why did they play defensively on that final night?

Given the freedom to choose the players he needs or let go, it will be much easier for Alonso to transform the team for the better next season.
This is different from Alonso's situation when he was manager of Real Madrid, where the lack of freedom made it difficult for him to develop the team. The situation won't be easy, as the Premier League is far more competitive, requiring Alonso to better understand, despite his experience as a player in England, coaching inevitably presents its own unique challenges and challenges.
Next season will be even more exciting with many teams undergoing overhauls making the competition even more exciting, especially when it comes to the title race.

Arteta's play the modernised Football.  Today Football is revolute and it's not about all the attacking play you need to balance your attack and defence both at the same time and Arteta's play that's kinda beautiful Football.  If you watch Arsenal closely they play The modernised football and it's actually work . Just give you and example if you score 1 goal then what's you need to win the matchs . Offcource you need to defend that's 1 goal to not consided any more goal and that's all the new modernised football today. Most of them like Barcelona are not considered this kinda tactics but look what's they got in this last ucl Campaign.

In the past, it was the management making the calls, calling the shots,reasons why Enzo Maresca got angry at some point. He must have talked about that with them of he is to succeed with Chelsea. Because there's no way they'll be signing a player like Garnacho with a dirty attitude.

Lewis Cowill will most definitely be around next season, but that of Fofana and Chalobah I can not say completely. If Pedrp can deliver the same numbers as he did this season, there's every chance he stays leading them in attack. Liam Delap could also be rejuvenated with Xabi Alonso who knows?!

That is if the manager is in total control of the players acquisition. You can write list of all the players you like and the club will bring you who they have. Sometimes, the coach cycle is so political destroy that it's not all coaches that get to decide who play, who start and who is suppose to stay as replacement. Sometimes, players are strictly selected by the club and not the club, in some clubs you will found out that the coach is surrounded by another leadership that makes decisions of the team and not the head coach.

If notice in some clubs, you would see that when some managers leaves the club, they don't say anything about their previous experience, it's because of these things that happen there. Some don't complained about the bad side of the club because they want to keep their reputation, if they say bad things about their experience from their previous club, it could affect their potential with new club they want to go else lot happened in coach work.

Mikel Areta won the premier league title and also lost to Paris saint Germain in the uefa champions league which isn't a bad play or style for Areta a coach can use any style that works for them Arteta style of play has really favor him since it has help him win the title for Arsenal after 22 years and that style almost help him win the champions league title if not that Paris saint Germain were lucky enough to win them in the final.

I think a little bit change at their mid is needed. Their midfielders have always been up and down. So they have to sign someone who is really impactful in order to retain the balance in their mid. I've heard that they strongly linked to the Morgan Rogers. I think Arteta will be doing a minor change by signing Morgan roger from Villa.

On other hand i also agree with you a change is needed in the LW position. Martinelli and Trossard are washed. They need someone fresh enough to play in that position.

As for goal-scoring, Arsenal only scored 71 goals this season because they started playing more cautiously toward the end of the season in order to secure the title. Gyökeres can still improve his performance next season, especially since next season will be his second with Arsenal, and we know that in his first season, Gyökeres managed to score 14 goals in the Premier League. So next season, I’m confident Gyökeres will score more goals because he has adapted well, and I’m confident Arsenal will see a significant improvement in their goal-scoring output next season.

Arsenal is currently a perfect side with good depth, but still, if they feel they can go ahead because they have enough sources, this will also help them to have a better aggressive approach because they are now going for a title. This has never been easy in this coming season, challenges are going to be increased.

Arteta's strategy may be modern. But I don't find it enjoyable at all. Arsenal's gameplay is enjoyable when they face weak teams. They can win matches by dominating. They are able to keep their defense strong and counterattack strongly. But when they face strong teams, it becomes difficult for them to win. We saw Arsenal's poor performance against Manchester City. Also, Arsenal's performance against PSG was not satisfactory. In the final match, we saw PSG's dominance. Arsenal's such match strategy may be effective, but for me, the strategy and gameplay of PSG, Munich, Barcelona and Madrid seem more enjoyable.

I just hope he succeeds with Chelsea, especially in the transfer market considering the club's policy not to sign players within a certain age limits, I think that  could one of the determining factors to whether the former Madrid coach could successfully manage Chelsea, if there are age restrictions then the manager might find it difficult to get the exact quality of players that he requires to run the team effectively and this might affect the output of the squad.

I can't just advise them not to sign players in this summer transfer window, but it's all up to them, because I know too well that Victor Gyokeres can't do the job to the fans satisfaction so they really need to sign players in that up front to at least be sure of themselves come next season, note it's gonna be a difficult task ahead, despite the fact that Manny Arsenal fans believes since Pep Guardiola has left the league it's now Mikel Arteta's turn because he's been the one going toe to toe with him, but deep down I don't see it to be that way, remember Xabi Alonso is in that league now and we've seen how he's performed during his time at Bayern Leverkusen and Real Madrid, so we shouldn't expect less from him, and Enzo Maresca has just taken over from Pep Guardiola, and him too doesn't have a bad record, and we've also seen the kind of storm Michael Carrick pull as an interim coach in the Manchester United team, so anyone believing Mikel Arteta will dominate the league is making a very huge mistake, so he should go out there and straighten his squad because next season is definitely gonna be a blast.

I'm wondering what kind of a budget Manchester United board will give Carrick this summer... Maybe he carried the team to the 3rd position this season which was an amazing work.

However we shouldn't forget that other favourites of the title didn't have a great year either. The Red Devils don't have an incredible squad now. They have weaknesses. Carrick should be trusted on the right signings.

So who do you think Mikel Arteta will bring in that will make either Trossard or Martinelli become a backup plan automatically? With no doubt he's got a defense that can actually withstand any European attack none can dispute that fact, but did he have the attack that can terrify the European defense? To me he should work more on that attack because that was one of their major problems last season, and I believe he wouldn't want that to continue, so he should go into the transfer market to get a better striker that will fit in that team, because I don't see Victor Gyokeres doing such job, after what I saw last season.
