The kind of performance that new team Hull City have shown in the Premier League, that is really surprising, especially their first match just shocked everyone, but I will tell you after watching their next match whether they can do well this season, the opponent in the next match will definitely not be an easy opponent for them, their opponent in the next match is Aston Villa, the UEFA Europa League title-winning champion. Leicester had an incredible year where everything worked out in the best possible way, and by that I also mean that the favorite teams under performed. Hull City were the main candidate for relegation, these 6 points they already got are like gold for them, so now the path is a little easier for them. Leicester at that time, from I can recall because we are talking about 10 years ago, were a way better team compared to this Hull City team.

yeah Hull claimed an important away victory against Coventry, one of their main rivals. their team defending has been outstanding. it’s way too early for long term planning but surviving a season in the Premier League on this budget would be an absolute miracle.

The club Hull city played yesterday was their colleague from championship and i do not think winning them was a big deal because they understand each other since they played same place. the only surprise was them winning Manchester united although is not that surprising because Manchester united is not superhero team i mean they are just like every other average team out there, but it would have been a shock to me if it was Arsenal or Manchester city they won.

Hull so far in their two matches have played impressively, and their next challenge will be against Aston Villa. It’s definitely going to be an interesting match, and we should wait to see if Hull can maintain this trend, especially playing at home.  

But I also want to highlight Coventry performance after their consecutive losses are starting to show. I’d say coach Frank Lampard has been too naive by applying an open style of play when facing tough opponents like Arsenal. However, in the match against Hull, whose individual quality is obviously below Arsenal and Coventry could even be considered the favorite in that match, they still couldn’t create many chances.

Coventry seems more comfortable controlling the ball than being forced to defend. The problem is, so far the chances they’ve created haven’t been very threatening. They did dominate against Hull, but they were less effective in building attacks. I think Frank Lampard needs to make a lot of changes so Coventry can get out of this bad streak, especially when it comes to the strategy they’ll use against strong teams and balanced teams. Because if things keep going like this, their long wait could end painfully again at the end of the season.

Watching this game Brighton have had much of the ball but Chelsea are very clinical up front, the 3 players up front for them will definitely cause problems in the league this season. First goal was from a mistake and Lavia was  very quick to pounce. Then Rogers squared a good ball for Neto which scored. Joao Pedro was given a good chance which he missed but scored some minutes later.

Chelsea looks like a team that will be a title contender this season, considering them playing just one game a week. Alonso have done a good work so far, but the real big test will be next week when the travel to the emirate against their biggest rival Arsenal.

I'm really surprised by Chelsea performance in half time between them and Brighton they look so confident playing this ball, scoring 2 goals in 14minutes and Pedro making 3 goals in 32 minutes. They said Chelsea no 9 shirt was caused but im not really sure if that's true,  it could be that Chelsea hasn't find a proper strike since then because the way Pedro is playing right now wearing the no 9 shirt for Chelsea 2 matches now he already has 2 premier league goals.

Brighton defense wall was there first half problem and also why they are losing, I don't no if their coach taught them to be alone except the opponent is in possession of the ball because with how many defense Brighton had against Chelsea first goal you wouldn't believe they would score them because they left Lavia alone that's why he reached the ball first. However the goals are still growing and Brighton has also started using there possession advantages into goals because they have open the second half first goal and now Chelsea has 3 while they score 2, so is posible that this possession could give Brighton a draw.

the match is still ongoing but Brighton can still win the match because they still have plenty of time to equalized the score so we can't conclude yet that Chelsea will be the winner of this match. Brighton second goal was a mistake but it was still counted as a goal similar mistake like this from Chelsea can jeopardize their chances of winning this match. Currently chelsea is leading by a two goals difference they can still get it done and dusted if they can be able maintain this performance till the end of the match. Brighton on the other hand is pressuring, they seems to have improved in the second half but from the looks of things now,chelsea likely will win this match  they are two goals ahead and time is moving fast against Brighton. I must confess that Chelsea really played a good football today. I know people never anticipated for these to happen that was why I was seeing some people predicting the game BTS ( both team score) and it actually entered but Chelsea is winning the game. Surprise can happen yes but I don't think there will be any surprise in this game anymore because the game is over and the worst thing that can happen in this game is that Chelsea can still add more goal.

What is really wrong with Tottenham? Who would have thought Tottenham would be this bad after spending huge amount to rebuild the team in this transfer? They lost their opening match but we assumed it was normal since we believe it will take some time for the players to put themselves together.

In my opinion, management is to blame for recklessly recruiting players who don’t fit the team’s style of play. In addition, the coach also shares responsibility for Tottenham’s poor performance. Tottenham has lost both of its first two league games. This is unusual and can certainly be described as a poor performance. It’s hard to understand how Tottenham could perform so poorly.

Impressive performance from Chelsea against Brighton but if Chelsea will be a top contender for this years EPL trophy a lot still needs to be done, Xabi Alonso seems to have huge support from the players and that is making every player put in their best but watching them against Brighton it is crystal clear that Chelsea still has serious defensive problems, if Cole Palmer didn’t score the fought goal the match would have been a draw even when Chelsea was initially 3 goals ahead, with the new Keeper Chelsea still conceived 3 goals despite Martinez impact, Xabi still has a lot of work to do in the Chelsea defense if he wants to win the league this season.

My only happiness with Chelsea was the fact that the attackers did extremely well, they pose serious treat because anyone of them could score, that is the Chelsea style and am happy they have revived that pattern, João Pedro too was exceptional today.

Hull City is becoming a club to closely watch, considering their ability to take advantage of small chances and convert them to goals. Coventry were the better side, seeing that they controlled the game and created more goalscoring opportunities. But Hull were able to capitalise on a lost ball and started a counter-attack. Lia Millar's speed proved to be an asset as he raced towards the Coventry defence and delivered a good finish. Their next game would be another big test. Aston Villa were defeated in their first game against Brighton and, likely, they might not get the first win when they meet Arsenal tomorrow. Hull would be the target to get a first win.

I'm happy for Chelsea and especially glad that I got a boost for my multiple bets from this result, hehe. But what worries me is the incredible number of goals they've conceded - they conceded two in the first round, three today. That's way too many. I didn't watch the game, but I see that Brighton statistically dominated possession: 26%-74% in Brighton's favor. This is also far from the normal state of affairs. 6 points out of 6 looks good, but in fact Xabi has big problems and they need to be solved somehow.

On September sixth, Chelsea will play against Arsenal. This is truly Xabi's test. Six valuable points even though Chelsea's performance still feels lacking under Xabi. In two EPL matches, Chelsea managed to win, but I see that they are very weak in defense. They scored 7 goals and conceded 5, which is bad—they need to fix their defense. Also, Chelsea's game control should be better. Especially the midfielders, they should be able to build the match rhythm so that matches like the one against Brighton don't happen again.
