Perhaps I don't understand gambling at all but if you are gambling because you want to relieve the stress of the day, then I think Casino games are the perfect way to go about it, you don't want to gamble in betting like footballs and Basketball and you think you are distressing your body to relax because watching the match as it goes will disengage you from the fun of the match, you will be divided more particularly when your team is losing and your bets is not going as you wanted, that's more like imposing more stress on your body.

I don't because I'm poor. I gamble only when I have money to spare. I have a day job that pays me well so poverty is not my motivation.
I do admit I have gambled online to get the transaction fees to withdraw as I prefer withdrawing in fewer digit amounts and lost all in some cases. I might also have gambled to get a fixed amount online to get something done but that should not be considered poverty,

Game could neither be strategic and could really be pure luck based on which there's a possibility on doubling up your capital or lose it all and thats gambling.If you have those kind of thoughts and feelings about doubling or basically you are aiming to make income with gambling then better to avoid and stop that kind of thinking because it would really be just making up the situation gotten more worst. Great question and unsure if there is any real way to find out.  I guess there are probably anonymous polls of net income vs the different gamblers.  But I wouldn't say I high volume of people gamble because they don't have enough money.  Most do it for 3 things, addiction, entertainment and the social aspect of gambling. People like being involved in social circles and the easiest way to be in one is to do what other people are gambling on.

I don't blame poor people for anything and I have no right to do so, just like everyone else. Of course, they are also different and there are some who are satisfied with their life as it is. Some are happy every day and the fact that they managed to find food for today, and if they buy a lottery ticket with a chance to change your life for the better, then this joy increases significantly. With their intention to multiply the money and at the beginning may get a victory, and the victory will be the beginning of good things for them, but they do not know that the victory is the beginning of defeat. Why is that? Because, gambling has an attraction that can make someone gamble after getting a victory or defeat. And if they have won of course it could be that they will return to gambling to multiply the money they have, and there is no way they will continue to win of course if they return to gambling to multiply the money again I think they will get a defeat, and if they don't have good self-control, it could be that they are addicted to gambling.

Whether you are rich, middle-class or poor, you might gamble for the same purpose. They may gamble to make money, have fun or are just indifferent about it but only want to gamble, and if money is made, fine, but if not, they will have their fun. So, this is not peculiar to any class of richness but individuality on why they are really gambling. And of course, it's until you ask people separately that you know what they are actually gambling for.

Regardless, the mindset of gambling to make money is often more pronounced among the poor and lower class than the middle class. This is particularly true if the person does not have a sustainable income.

Mate i saw many people who do job and get a fix salary after end of a month. But as their salary is low and they don't have extra time for do other job, thats why they select gambling as additional source of income. That's why they do gambling with the rest of money they have cause they think gambling is the last option which could increase their money within hours. We don't engaged in gambling because we don't have sufficient money, we only indulged in gambling during our less busy and free hours, gambling have become one the activities that have completely retrained most of the youths from positive growth interms of finances and these people will always choose to learn the hard way. First of all, we shouldn't expect much from the system because dissapointment can be the next rating. Gambling shouldn't be focused on as a channel for steady flow of cash because the system is volatile and we have 50/50 chances of either earning in profits or regrets in loses.
