We all go beyond the limit sometimes. The key is not doing too often, and when we lost more than we could afford to lose to not try to recover your losses. Just stop, call it a bad day, but stop to not make even worse.

Gamble if you do not have sufficient money and get to lose more money and become more broke. Gambling is not what one should be engaged in when one is desperate, this alone has already impaired the mind of the gambler negatively and there is no way it will not cause them to lose more. You will hardly see a gambler who is dire in need of money and was able to get it through gambling, the emotion will only let them make more mistakes. Maybe 0.01% of those who attempt it will make it, which calls for caution when one is looking for money. This is why I do not like to make my advice general at times because it might not be answering to all situations at the same time. This might be risky but sparing a few bucks like that can't affect many people so much, so such risk can't be entirely discouraged.
