And the real meaning is adaptation for all AS Roma players to how to use the lineup and also the strategy that will be used by De Rossi when AS Roma plays every match in the future.
If all the players cannot understand how De Rossi works in using playing strategies then everything will be in vain, the players will not be able to have maximum performance.

But at least there is great hope that De Rossi can become good coach for AS Roma and he can also bring change to AS Roma, nothing is impossible.
Just look at the example of Xabi with Leverkusen, he is young coach but managed to bring Leverkusen to the top of the standings and made several other big teams feel tremendous pressure.

But the contract and salary Daniel de Rossi are clearly cheaper. but even that is not a permanent coach only a temporary coach contract only until the end of this season.

Yeah Mourinho's sacking early would probably cost quite much for Roma. He was already making 10 million pounds a year so Roma would need to pay the costs left on his contract.

Daniele De Rossi is said to have accepted the minimum salary for Roma according to I've heard. But it must be due to his getting only a 6-month contract for now. Otherwise he would also earn much more than the minimum amount but I don't think it would be near the amount Mourinho earned. 

It says "the minimum amount" everywhere but I couldn't find what it is equal to in numbers though.

No, I think he is a good coach for Roma because he knows Roma, he knows how the club works and he also knows how the locker room works.
