 In the Europa League, there's been top contending teams from the start till the current stage of the contest.  The highest we can do is to just analyze these teams based on their overtime performances this season and bringing that in the picture, the highest probable winner would be Leverkusen, then Liverpool and any other team behind. Atlanta isn't looking really convincing enough to me as a team that will actually be able to win Liverpool and i doubt going by their performance in recent times they will be able to contend Liverpool to the point they will win them or possibly get a draw maybe playing from their home, they will be able to achieve that but playing in Liverpool's home they may not be able to even get a goal from the game and the fact that Liverpool is Also trying to make sure they are able to get the trophy by the end of the season is another reason they will not give a chance to Atlanta.

I don't think we can judge Leverkussen lucky to face last year Europa Conference League winner so most likely this will be a very much intensely fought battle and the English teams are known to be performing very well when they put the heart in play.The record of Leverkussens surely is scary so far as they have already won the Bundesliga with much distance in points difference yet I don't think they will have an easy encounter against West Ham which this year has not been doing the same as last year brilliant performance yet they are not far that much from it,so it is an open encounter,anyone can move further and it would not be a surprise.

I have not really have doubts with Leverkusen been able to get through to the finals and fortunately their quarter finals group into the semifinals after seeing the draws, is such that gives them much hope in the fact that they can possibly be able to win such and be able to proceeding into the final rounds of the Europa league this season as most of the teams that are to contend them in this stage isn't looking really challenging enough for them.

AC Milan is actually a team that Leverkusen should actually look out for because at some point it looks like they will be meeting AC Milan and if they are not prepared Enough, they may be suffering their first loss of the season with them aswell as getting possibly kicked out of the Europa this season again.
