After seeing the result of the first meeting between Liverpool and Atlanta in Anfield, I knew Liverpool will not survive it.

In such a competitive competition, you can not allow such a gap to happen and worst part about all this is that it all happened in their own backyard and they have themselves to blame as a 3goal difference was massive!!!

Many people believed that Liverpool will make a miraculous comeback back as they did against Barcelona in the past, but everyday is not Xmas.

Honestly, If they weren't so wasteful that comeback would have happened, and Salah for starters  threw away a good chance after he failed to find the target when he tried to lob the ball over the keeper in a one on one situation , ebut that's football and EPL teams haven't been at their best in this competition which sacks...

I can confidently say that Klopp messed with his chances and it is very clear to him that he made wrong decisions by not taking the first leg in Anfield so seriously.

Too over confident maybe, and unfortunately won't get a glorified sendoff either as he hasn't brought in some silverware in his last season as manager of LFC.

Btw, I think first leg his players lacked the fitness levels required as they were coming back from injuries and what not...but less see how he concludes the EPL season as he says his goodbyes.

Marseille is really unpredictable, before this match, Marseille was suffering lose streak in five matches, but they can win even though only scoring one goal.

But I think Atalanta and Leverkusen will qualify to final.

Without a doubt I know that it's actually going to be a mountain to climb since they lost by 3-0 in the first leg at home, which kept their hope of qualifying hanging by a tread, but as for me, I never expected Liverpool to progress to the next round of the competition after that 3- 0 loss in the first leg, because they are playing away, so coming back from 3 -0 down in an away fixtures will definitely be too much feet for them to achieve.

Watched Per Emerick Aubameyang giving that assist to the goal scorer yesterday to enable them seal the draw on aggregates. Di Maria had the finest chances of scoring goals nor one or two but he couldn't, the poor header and the one saved by the goalkeeper.

The game was finished and liverpool was doing shit in this game. It's far from what people predicted that if liverpool would be making big comeback in this game. Atalanta have been an improving side overtime. They've had some rough edges but their performance in the league is still seen. Even though they may not be top trophy contenders, they're trying to stay in the domestic league instead of relegating. They'll be playing against Liverpool in the next phase of the UEL and goodnews is they've been able to gather enough confidence and momentum for the game which still puts them in and advantageous spot of finishing with a tangible result regardless.

 Of both teams, there's struggle atmosphere present and even though Liverpool won't take mercy with them, the both teams will strive to see that they either win or get a draw at the end of the first leg. One would have to wait patiently for the game's final result. There'll definitely be an advancement of either teams after the second leg of the contest. The EPL is competitive too and so focus should be put in it but the UEL trophy to me would actually have more worth than the EPL.

 Sadly the first leg ended shamefully for Liverpool as they lost big at home to Atalanta and this only gives the Italian side extra courage to battle out the second leg strongly tomorrow. Liverpool has all it took to suppress their opponent and yes majority envisioned an encounter this season against Liverpool and Leverkusen but sadly I don't think it'll happen. Liverpool are an extra goal below cos of aggregates and it'll really take a miracle that they play Atalanta today without letting them net a goal and they covering up the pending goals too. The outcome so far has given Leverkusen the confidence to forge ahead for the trophy too, well it'll be everly glorious that they secure the two trophies this season. It only shows how prepared they were/are and will be for the battle.
