Pablo Laso is official for Anadolu Efes by the way. The team has made the official announcement. I think he is a good coach but here is the thing. They don't have a great roster honestly. 

But at least injuries are healing slowly. PJ Dozier is about to be back. Poirier has already started playing. But Larkin is out until February. If Anadolu Efes make some good transfers to get better especially at defending their future could be much better with Laso.

Anyone watched the derby match? It was really insane and the atmosfere was crazy. Partizan made i think the biggest comeback in euroleague derbies. Partizan was losing by 16 in third quarter and was able to turn it around somehow. This gives us still hope to reach the playoffs even tho we are really far still. Also euroleague hyped this match so much and bringed some really big influence stars to promote the game.

What is wierd to me is that both of these teams dont have a licence and yet they are the main two teams that promote the league the most and it wouldnt be so popular without them

Watched this game and it was great. Crvena Zvezda had lead most part of game and when they got 16 points lead, they made arena silent. Didn't expected comeback from Partizan. They only took a leadin last minutes of 4th quarter. Very much needed win, but anyway, they should solve question of head coach asap.
Agree with your thoughts - these teams plays one of main roles to make current Euroleague product. While some licensed teams like Barca or Monaco have it even without proper arena.

I was in the arena and watched the entire match and honestly i didnt expect my team to make this amazing comeback that was really needed for us. When they leaded by 16 points i just sitted down because i didnt see my team making a comeback and im glad they were able to turn it around,it was crazy in the arena and the city.
These teams make euroleague great and the euroleague dosent respect that and thats why im angry at that. They make marketing out of us and dont do any stuff to gives us profit out of it. We still even have to pay for the licence and everything to play and that is really sad honestly

It was actually an amazing game. There are so many things to talk about. I'd suggest everyone to watch this game, there was everything a basketball fan can imagine. I agree that we could see the positive impact of Laso. I wouldn't expect he can do something in such a short time. There is no way he knows the team yet. But we could see his impact both mentally and for the basketball Efes played. There were at least couple of really good sets he drew. We can immediately see he is a great coach. Even if someone doesn't know his Real career, they could see he is an amazing coach. I got a little bit hopeful for Efes now, after and catastrophic season so far.

Kudos to Fenerbahce. After a huge battle and amazing win on friday night against a big team, only 48 hours later they managed to get a great win in this great game. Also Jasikevicius wasn't present at the game, he had a family emergency. Very very good win for Fener.

Sarunas Jasikevicius's wife Anna Jasikevicius's father, Spyros Doukas, passed away. Sarunas was unable to lead his team in today's game because he attended the funeral. My condolences to Sarunas.

My friend, your nerves were frayed in one game, but Fenerbahçe really got me down. It turned my hair gray. We're doing well in basketball, but there's also the football team, and there's been no success in the last 10 years. We won the championship last year in basketball, and that made us proud, but the football side of things is really bad. We're doing well in football this year too. We came from very far behind against Monaco and got the win, but in the Efes game, we were leading and almost lost the game. We can experience these kinds of imbalances.

So many great games tonight. Maccabi wins roller-coaster in Dubai, Hapoel first game at home marked with a win too and they continue to be on top. Valencia takes a bit unexpected win against Olympiacos away - they're good not just at home.
Barca had no problems in Paris, while Olimpia Milano who rellocated to temporrary new home beats Real Madrid.

It was great game to watch until ref calls ruined it in the end. Calling such unsportmanlike fouls in last seconds of match just kills the game. And according to rules book ref did everything correctly, but I hate such fouls anyway. And yeah, it's difficult to win game in Euroelague when you make 20+ turnowers.

We should have played the last quarter better than that. I wish our great win streak didn't come to an end in this way. We should learn our lesson from our mistakes in this game and get better next time. We still have a missing game to play even though we are down to 8th position now.

Fenerbahce had everything in their hands i dont know how they were able to drop this win against them. This would have been a huge boost for Fenerbahce but now their streak just ended. Was thinking Panathinakos wasnt gonna win because they are playing away and they are in some great form but still they managed to win somehow with this big number of points in a row.

We played very well in the third quarter, but the fourth quarter was equally bad.
It was as if Hernangomez was saving all his energy for the last quarter of the Panathinaikos game.
I remember him scoring at least 7-8 points in the last quarter.
Fenerbahçe may have had their most turnovers of the season in this game. There were unsportsmanlike fouls on both teams in the final minutes of the game. Fenerbahçe lost 77-81, but still, the team has been playing good basketball lately.

Horton Tucker played magnificently again. What I like most about him is that when he gets the ball, he immediately wants to score. Great talent, Horton.

This year, the Spanish could win the basketball championship. Valencia and Barcelona are in great form. Both won yesterday. Barcelona's victory over Paris Basket wasn't a surprise, but Valencia's away win against Olympiacos could be considered a surprise.
Valencia and Barcelona are in second and third place in the standings. I don't know if Real Madrid will make the playoffs, but Barcelona and Valencia are in great form.

It is impossible to evaluate the Fenerbahçe-Pana game independently of the referees decisions. The referees did not do a bad job for either side, but they favored Pana and penalized the other side. The Euroleague management will probably send another ridiculous apology letter and the matter will be closed, but how many times have these referees been involved in incidents like this?

Fenerbahçe urgently needs to acquire two good tall players. Khem Birch can only grab rebounds in that area; he can't contribute to the score otherwise. Although it seems like there's no problem during the regular season, when defenses get tougher, they'll be looking to the player inside. Fenerbahçe needs players like Ekpe Udoh and Vesely.

Valencia this season is on fire! I dont know how but they keep on winning and now they are in the second place and honestly that is insane,i was thinking this team was gonna be in the last 5 places and they ended up now in top 3. Still what a comeback against Olympiacos in Greece that is really insane because not many clubs can do that.

Olympiacos now looks like they are in bad form with 3 losses in a row and they cannot even secure at home a big lead so i think some alarms need to be turned on before they go on a bigger losing streak.

Finally we’re seeing some real signs of life from Anadolu Efes. Today they won Zalgiris. Kokoskov was really not a proper coach for Efes. His choices were mostly wrong. Even a slight glimpse of Efes real potential immediately makes a huge difference. Not using Kai Jones, keeping Babus on the bench and the insistence on playing two power forwards pushed the team from top to bottom. When Dozier and Larkin return to the team, Efes will be much more powerful under Pablo Laso.
