Many people are complaining that none of them get a refund. I wonder if that all that refund processing was only a false promise? Many people who applied got some hope to get their funds back but not to be.

So far none of the forum users have reported and confirmed getting their money from a refund, I also think that they came back to create this thread with good and true intentions, of course it is very much appreciated but it seems that their efforts also probably won't change reputation on them, the possibility of them sticking to the original plan disappeared and not returning user funds, once again this case is not much different from 1xbit which is on this forum in the end they abandoned all the alleged cases let alone returning user funds.

I think they will probably continue to be flagged by many people on this forum because it has been quite a long time since the verification process has not been completed and there does not seem to be a sincere intention to be active in this forum answering and interacting with users who have lost their money, so that is what causes trust on this site is not very good, so think even in the end they do not do refunds all users who lost money should be reconciled with that outcome even though it is bad news.

I’m skeptical on this plan ever since Betnomi returned due to the deadline they give to claim which is unfair to those offline for a long time that didn’t know that they run while still have funds left in the casino. No one expects Betnomi will end up like this because of their good reputation back then including strong marketing here in the forum.

I don’t really comprehend why the need to give a deadline for claiming while there’s no time dependent issue that needs to be meet on refunding user fund as long as they have proof of ownership such as email address and account login info.

They will have an instant free money for those who will not read this thread and for those user that they will claim that didn’t submit proper documentation within the deadline just because they are not replying on any email for inquiries.

I think It's better to start creating a flag from victim perspective, so the account are gonna to be marked. To much false promise from their end, It's started the beginning of the maintenance.

I keeping funds in the custody of a third party is the last thing I will ever do in this space. Be it casino or exchange, I would never make such a mistake. I have learnt several lessons enough to make me know that any funds or assets not in my custody does not belong to me  and as such  not your keys not your assets remains my reminder.
As you have said, it is pertinent that one keeps a constant check on their various casino website they are registered with to getting current updates on happenings so as not to be taken unawares of developments with respect them being a member of such platforms.

Maybe they have planned to collect funds through the presale of tokens or NFT of their new platform. And they might refund a small number of the victims with the presale funds in order to gain the trust for their new scam project.

Really just that sad to those people/player who had been get affected with giving out those kind of false hopes that their funds would be given back but it seems that they have completely ran off with those funds. Just like you have said this is always been that common on this crypto wild west on which you cant really trust no one when it comes or talks about money.
This is why it would really be that best that you should really just that deposit on the amount that you can afford to lose as always, even how good looking a platform is
or being that known or reputable for some  time but doesnt mean that you could trust them completely 100%. It is really just that sad for those people who had

It happens everywhere, not only in crypto, we are being scammed every day by our governments and big corporations.
But it is true that gambling can attract more criminals and I always remember guy called Sulim Malook,
a classic scammer with company that was once a sponsors of FC Atallanta from Seria A and Wolverhampton from Premier League!

A good chunk of those that we're affected are none forum members and to this point,  only a few members of the forum have reported their involvement as victims of the Betnimi exit scam that happened some time ago,  this is very important to note and also be at peace with the team efforts to get everyone their refunds.

So for that,  we may not have many testimonies from this forum on how they got their money back from the scam that happened in the betnomi. Anyway later we may see more complainants who got their money back coming up to testify for that,  but until then,  we have to keep with only the updates that are coming from the team themselves.

That's also fine but usually casinos will do it behind closed doors and definitely for security reasons so they won't publish proof of transactions or anything, but as far as I know there are several betnomi players on this forum who may be submitting requests for a refund of their funds, but none of them have confirmed it. they received payment and it's been quite a while since this thread was created and it seems they haven't really been serious about refunding their users but instead they are building their new project.

I am also monitoring any developments from this thread to see if they are really serious about refunding their previous users, this will obviously be a serious concern they could be marked as fraudsters on this forum and certainly will no longer be successful in their new projects despite seeking attention from this forum community, it seems they still haven't clarified this and disappeared with no updates from this thread, no updates whatsoever came from the OP regarding refunding previous betnomi users.

It looks true and good at the beginning but maybe there's a change of plans so they didn't pursue the refund plan that they've said and promised.

While the community have given them the benefit of the doubt and the chance but it seems they've just wasted it.

Everyone was just too optimistic about it because many probably have been left behind and still got huge balance on them. But with all the plans and promises they've made, it turned void.

        -   This means that Betnomi has been delayed for 7 months since they announced this refund situation to their users. To this day, I can't believe that such issues have arisen. Betnomy in the crypto gambling business also ran for a long time in this industry and then ended up like this.

We all hope that but they haven't refund anyone yet even after announcing that they're going to refund all the users who have lost their funds on Betnomi. They were doing great business back then but once users have lost their funds now it's really hard to trust a platform like that.

First ask yourself or maybe we all should together ask the betnomi team their reason for catering away with funds belonging to their users in the first place, if they know they were going to want to refund their users their money back, why didn't they ask users to withdraw their funds before they shut down the casino?

I personally think that this guys right from when this whole saga started, or even far before it started had this all planned out, they have had this intention of scamming, I do not know what could have possibly made them to return back now and claim they want to refund their users who lost money with them back their money, I really hope they are not trying to carry out the same trick 1xbit carried out during their time here, and for this reason,  I personally will never trust betnomi if they return back, and even after they've refunded all their users back their money, it will still take a long time before I trust them again.

And I highly doubt anybody will get refunded back his or her money anyway, but let's keep waiting and looking.
