Though after the first time of the making comments in this thread I didn't follow up the thread to know how far their gone for the refund because this the same method was used by other casinos and it was successful done but betnomi I don't their present status on the refund. So I can't make any justification on that. And one thing you have to know is that if anyone was scammed or other he has to submit an application either here to their representative in this thread or their website customer care service representative and if the person think he would just stay at home then betnomi would refund the money to him then it would not happen. The person has to submit the required information for them to do that. And from the comments I have read betnomi has refunded some of the gamblers money to them and that means are doing well with the refund so if you are a victim then follow the instructions and wait for their respond.

What do you expect from DT members, to pay off someone's debts?
In the end, Betnomi or whoever is behind it decided to settle the debts owed to Bitcointalk users. Certainly, the reputation system here influenced that decision.

I believed there is no DT member that is a prophet here and everyone do things base on reality and assumptions and one thing you have to know is that if you are advertising for a company you are there for the interest of the company and not to speak against the company since you have not gotten a bad signal about the casino. And for those who are good or have reputation once they got the signals that the company is not a legit one then they removed the advertisement information of the company so you don't have to blame anyone and I also thank God that they understand you and removed the tags. And if they have not paid anyone and the person was a real victim and participated in the casino then it is easy for him to provide the information and at this time that they want to rebuild their reputation they should not or it is not good for them to accuse players again but look for a way to settle the matters or issues on ground.

We have completed the refund process for the final set of withdrawal requests. Out of these, two have been denied due to fraud (account was previously banned). Three of them have been forwarded to the risk management team of our odds feeds and game providers. Apart from these five instances, all other refunds have been 100% completed.

We will process or deny the remaining cases based on the results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team.

It was never our plan to stop Betnomi as it was going amazing before pause but it was my duty to make sure everyone was made whole.

Congratulations to those who got their refund back, and those who are yet to get theirs should be patient or still call to the attention of the Betnomi team because they have already stated their intentions clearly. Hopefully, I believe the team will still give a listening ear to those yet to receive their refund. No matter the circumstances surrounding Betnomi Casino and team members, I know that they are up to the task of making refunds to redeem their reputation and make amends to bounce back stronger and better. Although there might be some pressure in the near future for refunds by those yet to receive them, as they have already done to other members. I will advise all parties involved to exercise patience and wait for the team to act accordingly as they have promised.

Many users have posted enough evidence in the past. There was even a case when Betnomi was extortion one of their customers with their passport, but nobody on the forum from de DT group cares about that at the time.
My words have much more value then all these DT jokes who only got DT because they have friends with DT status and fraud for some money, and yes, you are one of them as well. If you can provide evidence that there’s a user with huge fund that still didn’t get the refund then you will get the support to fight against Betnomi. There’s no one claiming here that they still didn’t get the refund therefore your accusations is baseless for now. You should create you own topic on reputation board and gather all the users including evidence that they are indeed not getting refunded.

There’s already confirmed refund here from established members here that is active on gambling board. Surely their words weigh more than newbie accusation without any proof.

No need to clarify. Everybody knows that Betnomi is a scam from the beginning. I wish people have listened to me from the beginning. There is one case which was posted on the scam accustion topic where Betnomi extortioned a customer with her passport. It is not a big surprise that nobody cared about it. But there are many more accusations. Betnomi did everything to avoid paying customers. Their refund plan is a joke, they only refund people with 25$ in their account. The fact there is a refund plan already prooved they stole a lot of money!

When a project rug pulls and scam their users, a campaign manager has nothing to do with it. Campaign managers are not God that they will know things before it is happening. Are you mixing me with someone by the way? I never had any business relation with Betnomi yet.

When anything bad happen the DT members are always at the gun point, it's like they have the paid job to keep this place trouble free LOL. It is always recommended to do your own due diligence.

But yes it's understandable. When projects like Betnomi or some others stop their business after long successful years in the industry, there are always a group a of people who will be victim. It has nothing to do with the campaign managers. Whatever happened was unfortunate. I read Betnomi is trying to pay their clients, that's a good step after all.

Good for them that they are cleaning their reputation. When I see this thread marked as "SOLVED," I then check the OP and still find that he has some negative feedback. Maybe if it is confirmed that the problem has been settled, the negatives will be removed so they can start with their new gambling site, which is still under the same operator.

We can't find a lot of stories like this, so this should be in the directory or whatever you call it so people can see that there are still a lot of legit crypto gambling sites that are willing to fulfill their responsibilities to their gamblers.

Calling it solved by themselves is kinda like... a bold self proclamation. They made this thread, and claimed everything is solved without waiting for others to come and voice their concern. The issue pointed out by AHOYBRAUSE for example, it is not clarified yet, or perhaps mine. And that's amongst probably several other questions that the community have. I think calling it "solved" is way too premature.

And the new gambling site is not under the same operator, only Sorsis and probably a handful of the staffs he trusted will be in the new project... I'm not sure that's a good thing.

Is this also the amount that they consider when they leave, regardless of the value of the crypto you hold? How do they compute your balance? Example if you're holding BTC at the time of closure, let's say it's only valued at $20K USD per Bitcoin but now it's valued at $50K USD per Bitcoin. Which value per Bitcoin do they choose to calculate your balance? Also, is there any compensation because of the issue that happened?

Betnomi team have done well to some extent and for announcing that the have made refund to the affected customers and today the thread title have been changed resolved which indicates a positive resolution being achieved.

But then if is, has anyone who complained about BeBetnomi'son-refund have been able to post more evidence to prove their case,  and since most victims are not on this forum,  it will be hard to detect what has transpired with the refund process,  but the team does not have any reason to lie to us and the user making the complaint should come up with evidence to compliment the claim

All I see from you are some statements "many" and "many users", nothing concrete and clear. So present the evidence you mention. Any DT will not and should not judge anyone based on a random person from the internet who repeats the mantra "many people scammed".
In the same way, I can also mark you as a scammer and claim that you have deceived many people. And claim that there are many proofs of that. But it doesn't have to be like that.

If you look at the Betnomi account, you will see several negative feedbacks left by DT members and that is the maximum they can do against someone. I also left them negative feedback and I am certainly not defending them, but trying to defend the common sense that you lack.

Better not to expect something on some sort of bonus so that you wont really be that having that kind of disappointment because you do expect someone. What matter most is that those users who had been that refunded after some long time on which for sure that majority of those users or affected persons doesnt really have any hope on getting it back but its true that it wont really be that bad to have some addition some sort of compensation or something like that but since we dont know on whats happening on behind on which Betnomi itself does only have an exact amount
that they would really be tending to refund and not could go some sort of stretch with their budget. So lets just be thankful at least that they had at least given back on what people do own.

I won't also be confident in playing into their 2.0 or reforged version just after this situation even it has been solved.
But that doesn't mean that everyone who's been compensated and refunded will still trust them again the second time around.
Once trust is broken, it's hard to put back into pieces.

To be clear, the refund is not only for Bitcointalk users; it applies to all users on our platform. We had a good estimation of the number of people affected by the closure, and we received refund requests very close to that number. As a result, we are confident that almost everyone affected or with any meaningful amount on the platform has received the message and requested their refund.

We set a deadline for the refund several months ago and didn't receive any new requests for a few weeks. Once again, we are pretty confident in our conclusion. However, we are leaving some room for any user who might have missed the announcement. Any future requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
